Senior Rookie Trader
Vincent on 2 separate occasions has been very helpful and patient with me. I trade stocks but have never tried Currency.I have a lot of learning to do and being a senior it has been difficult but interesting. I bought a Robotron hoping it would make life easier but no. I hope to get things set where I can trade with real money and fully understand everything that is going on.

1st of all, John or JJ L was patient, which is very much appreciated; also courteous, sincere & honest. If he had limited knowledge on something, he so informed me, & did not try to BS his way through something. I hate it when someone thinks they have all the answers, when in reality no one does! I had multiple issues & questions; all were systematically addressed by John. He was thorough. In short, he did a great job!!... Very satisfied!

Juan L is a customer service representative (reps) par excellence. He should serve as an archetypal model of how reps should conduct themselves. He is patient and competent, polite and accomodating, thorough and even tempered. In my case, he fixed a problem that I've been dealing with for a week. Furthermore, he fixed it in such a way that facilitated my interface with my preferred platform. I wish all reps were like him.
