I lost my bank card that I made my deposits with in Forex.com. So I got a bank statement showing I made deposits with lost card, as was Forex.com policy. I called and found out that changed. Now I have to get a letter, that the bank don't normally make, saying the card is deactivated. I sent them the letter and the finance of Forex.com rejected it saying I didn't use that card. I just talk with customer service and they said I did use it. This is very unprofessional when dealing with money; having a finance department that make numerical errors and don't double check to make sure human error isn't present, as we all have to do.

My experience with FOREX.com was extremely disappointing. It took nearly six months for me to receive my withdrawal. No trader should have to wait that long to access their own money. The withdrawal process was frustrating, stressful, and involved repeated delays. When you deposit funds, everything seems easy, but when it comes time to withdraw your own money, the experience was the complete opposite. Because of this experience, I decided to close my account and move to another broker. There are many brokers available in the USA, and traders should carefully research their options before choosing one. I understand that brokers have compliance and verification procedures, but waiting almost six months for a withdrawal is unacceptable in my opinion. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FOREX.com and would urge traders to proceed with caution. I have kept records of my communications regarding this matter and intend to share them publicly so other traders can understand my experience and make informed decisions for themselves. I stand by my account of what occurred and welcome FOREX.com to respond publicly if they disagree with any of the facts presented here.

1. I am from Singapore. After seeing that Forex.com is regulated by MAS and also "Best in class overall 2025" award, I decided to open account. 2. That is when trouble started happening. Trading forex is already challenging and time sensitive but with trading Forex.com added another layer of challenge. 3. Firstly, most of the support staff is not knowledgeable in MT platform and none is well versed in 2FA. 4. Secondly, their response for call back or reply to urgent email takes a long time which are a big obstacles to client trading in forex market with explosive movements. 5. I am forced by Forex.com to submit this adverse report as now I cannot access MT4 mobile and desktop application. 6. I have already formally warned Forex.com that Forex.com is liable for whatever losses that is going to incur. 7. My account number is 24654954. 8. Now Forex.com is forced to explain this over Trust Pilot. 01 June 2026 3:20pm (Singapore time) 9. Thank you for your reply. 10. As clearly indicated in my review, I am going to use this platform for Forex.com to explain and also to track how long Forex.com is going to take to resolve this simple incident. 11.
