Interest-free accounts are not Shariah-compliant
Islamic scholars consider interest-free accounts to be haram because eliminating overnight interest does not resolve the other fundamental violations of Shariah law .
Key Non-Compliant Elements:
1. Conditional Loans (Qard bi Shart): Leverage acts as a loan conditional on you trading through this broker.
2. Violation of Immediate Hand-to-Hand Exchange or Delayed Delivery (Qabd): Transactions lack the mandatory immediate, hand-to-hand exchange of currencies.
3- Disguised Interest or Cost Markup (Hidden Costs): Altered fees or widened spreads on interest-free accounts can act as disguised interest.
4- Excessive Speculation (Maysir and Gharar): The structure encourages short-term betting rather than tangible economic asset ownership.
Also, this broker does not hold a formal Shariah compliance certificate (or Fatwa) from an independent Islamic board.

Unknown trades
I had an account for years. Randomly my trades would close. I don't use stop losses or limits. Twice I would go in and see how my "money" was doing and found days before it had closed. I hadn't margined out either time. Both times it happened I went back and saw that I was almost at the exact same spot as when I came in. My account was never accessed by anyone other than me so either someone there was trading on my account or their system has bugs. I go weeks between logging in, and this happened a couple days before I did and weeks after the last time I did.
* update - your reply seems like you did not read my frustration on my review. No one logged into my acct and changed anything except my trades were closed. I did not close my trades. I opened my acct and the trades were closed. 2 of them. One for negative 10 cents or so, and another for a loss of like 8 dollars. I was not in my acct to close them. I was driving down the road when the first one was done (thank goodness for tinestamps), (from Venice, LA to Houston, TX). I checked it the next day and saw it was closed. The second one I had traveled to Houston and was helping my parents with their home. I was working outside when the second one was closed. Don't tell me I closed them and act like I didn't know what to do. I was NOT able to close those trades. Again...either someone at your company was being a douche or your software has a bug.
I closed my account so it's to late to "fix" any problems. I transferred the money out and closed it. Please do not contact me as I don't care. I was merely warning others of a problem.

In other words, it means there were not enough funds, or margin, in the account to maintain a position.
