Terribly horrible customer service. Snail pace response. Account opening especially joint account can takes months which is frustratingly long . And the best part is they don’t even update on what’s happening. This review is for their customer service. But their website and ease of trading is top notch . User friendly and minimal learning curve.

Forex.com are the best, we started with them in their training process and their website greatly helped me. Now, as a trader, they are always there to attend to queries in a timely and effective manner. In case o anything, they give you timely responses. Their trading website is also excellent. I had a problem after an update with MT5 mobile After the update was completed I was unable to log into my account I checked my credentials and put it in and it said no connection so I called my broker and got a hold of Vincent in customer service and he was able to walk me through and get me connected back up this way my mobile phone is just operational for me to trade . Forex customer service has always been of great help. I never had a bad experience with them. To me, they are the best in the world-Rande

Extremely invasive process to open up a simple trading account. Demanded letter from "my attorney" to verify my income. I have never seen anything like that before.
