Besides the third party company for the shipping companies being used I'll get to that in a second overall I love fragrance net the prices are awesome but I'm starting to see prices that are better on other website contenders I have spent a lot of money with fragrance nuts and I'm happy with most of my purchases but I have not once retrieved a sample of another perfume like other customers have reported on Reddit and social media I've never received anything in my box but just my perfume and then when I reached a certain amount of points and became ambassador because I've been spending so much lately I never got a welcome gift I never got anything sent to me nothing comes with my perfumes. One of the biggest things that make me pick certain websites to where I get all of my product from whether it's perfume or makeup household products exedra I always go and end up with the one that shoots their customers really well and gives little incentives like that I would love to receive samples in my box or my reward for becoming an ambassador level because that's how I find my next best perfume my next signature sent my next aura skin to skin cloud bubble scent for example molecule 01 molecule 02 they're about 50 to $75 cheaper right now on Amazon so which one should I go with should I go with fragrance net even though it's $30 to $40 more and not get any samples or should I go with Amazon the delivery will take 2 days and I always get samples from the company selling it but that's not my biggest issue that's a tiny issue and it wouldn't stop me from going to fragrance and that website but what is stopping me what's the third party shipping companies like uni uni and on track they are horrible they damaged one of my most expensive perfumes didn't even take pictures of it then when I tried to ship it back to fragrance net they lost it so fragrance that can't do anything that's $200 of money that I barely have down the drain not to mention both companies know where I live I live in a motel right now very easy to find me especially on the map or even by word of mouth my address is extremely easy to find in Jacksonville Florida and somehow the companies will ignore the office hours instructions try to deliver my product two and three times at the wrong time and they take pictures of it which the pictures show no product it just shows the motel front office door then they leave then they ship my product back out to the warehouse and then my product gets lost I'm so tired of this it makes me so scared to ever order from fragrance net again and it's not just perfume I want there it's all kinds of things that I wanted bye and check out because at first seems like an amazing setup with unbeatable prices but with other companies trying to compete now and they're making their prices lower I'm not sure if I'm going to stay with fragrancenet all because of the shipping companies treating their customers horrible if you go on Reddit right now that's all people talk about and how horrible it is but my experience with getting the perfume the ones I actually that weren't supposedly lost or damaged those were great it's only some of course of the ones I ordered but those little few I have they are great and I truly wish fragrance met all the success in the world I truly wish they would just get rid of these shipping company oh one more thing I've also never seen a company takes so long to restock perfume items I understand they're so popular but I never knew it would take months and months and months of waiting for that new product to come back
