Great price and fast shipping
Great price and fast shipping. However, a couple of the bottles I ordered did not smell right. I had other people check also and they agreed. I think the bottles were old. Maybe the type of sample box I ordered was discontinued and this was what was left from years ago. I dunno, but I doubt I’ll order from this place again. Thanks.

Plusses and minuses
You had the product for about a 1/3 discount compared to full retail. It took a considerable amount of time, but was delivered intact and is the "real deal". Other products are not at a significant discount. I really only registered to get the one product. I would give a 5 but, was promised 40% off first purchase at checkout and that was not done. I don't trust the 35% off offers. It's sort of a scam. I need to manage email because I get too many promotions. FragranceNet is here for ME, the customer, not to push product.
Good Customer Service
Availability was good and shipping was quick. the last mile courier delivered to the wrong address and FragranceNet was quick to respond. Package was retrieved and delivered within two days of notification of problem.

Amazon for some reason mixes my house…
Amazon for some reason mixes my house and a home in a different town up. I no longer purchase from Amazon for this reason and feared it would happen when I saw the shipment method. The photo provided as proof of delivery is not my home but rather 3 hrs away. Unfortunately this will be my last purchase as Amazon is an unreliable delivery method. Please resend to Warroad MN. They purposely make it nearly…
They purposely make it nearly impossible to make a return. It's shady. I ordered a certain fragrance (Cuba Gold) and when the package came I found out that they had put a cheaper fragrance (Cuba Bronze) inside of the "gold" box. I'm never ordering from this shady company again.
