Bottle of perfume came cracked and leaked everywhere. I called customer service they said to send an email w the order number and they will get back in 2 days. Nobody has acknowledged my email. I buy stuff from here all the time w no issues, the past two orders have been terrible. One bottle showed up empty and the other cracked and leaked.

Order AU402841817 Extremely frustrating, ive been run around the loop for this order, i was asked to return the products and I packaged it and shipped it back with the label you guys provided and now you guys forgot to accept it or something so being returned. Now I have to waste hours dealing with this and figuring out things. I have had so many orders with you guys and never had a problem and now that I have you guys are making my life difficult. Please give me a refund this was never my fault, otherwise I will give up on dealing with you guys and charge back. I do not wish to deal with that
