We are so sorry to hear that this fragrance didn't meet your expectations. Because fragrances rely heavily on individual skin chemistry, they can sometimes take a few moments to fully develop. The initial alcohol scent you noticed is standard for evaporation, but it should quickly give way to the actual scent notes. As a reminder, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

I’ve used Paco Roban Ultra Violet for many many years. It works well with my body chemistry. I get a lot of compliments from people about the smell. It’s harder to find in stores or on the internet, so I was pleasantly surprised that you carry it. That’s why I bought three. Please keep carrying the scent. It’s my favorite!
