I only received partial order. I contacted FragranceX and reported missing items. I had to send pictures of box, label and 3 pictures of items received. I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received. FragranceX doesnot receive not even one star. Still waiting for the 2 missing items ordered.

I purchased several bottles over the years and make all of a sudden I have to have my account verified though they never send verification links. I’ve since moved on to other fragrance houses that do not inconvenience the customers. Also have you noticed it’s always the same 15% off in all of the advertisements? FX15….

I received one tester in an order I made which contained zero liquid. I expected a compassionate, apologetic response and instead I was basically accused and advised they wanted pictures. They want pictures of the shipping box etc. of course these types of requests are the same as saying F U customer which I would appreciate and respect more than such waste of time BS. Sadly that one completely fumbled interaction is all it takes.
