The customer service rep was thorough in her answers, I had multiple things I needed help with and she helped me with each one with no problem. She was polite and very knowledgeable. She helped alleviate a headache I had due to these issues.
The customer service agent Lehra was excellent at explaining processes. Ive been a freedom voice customer for years. I had my account set up on automatically billing and auto forwarding. Lehra helped me to correct an error that was on the account and got me all squared away. Excellent service rep and the company is always excellent.

Anna was excellent! The problem was very long and detailed, and was not able to be resolved the first day - I ended up talking to 3 people, but Anna called me back the next day and was able to expedite my problem to the engineers. And instead of waiting another 24-48hours, she called me back saying it was resolved, within 15 minutes! I checked and everything now works fine. She stayed with me throughout, following up and contacting me. Now that’s customer service! Give her a raise!

The representative Sherwin, provided excellent customer service. He was professional and explained options with clarity. At times there was a communication delay when speaking with Sherwin. Sherwin was attentive and allowed for my issue to be explained. I have been a customer for a number of years never experienced poor customer service.
