I have ordered flowers for different occasions lots of times. A couple times the arrangement wasn't exact but when I called USAA to tell them, they corrected the problem. Delivery always on time.

Just placed my order it’s Sunday, I scheduled delivery for tomorrow but on my invoice I was charged 19.99 for delivery and another 4.99 for same day deliver which is not right at all. I’d like that money back thanks Laura

My delivery happened Thursday 8/27/26 at 430 ish... the person received the flowers at 545 when she got home one flower looked like a rose and was dead? Not happy. I sent to my daughter in law who is an actress to wish her Goodluck. I am in PA.

Never again will I use FTD. $140 for a 2 dozen rose arrangement. They were just left on my 85-year old mother's front porch, ON THE GROUND. No doorbell ring or even so much as a knock on the door. Just left them there, took a pic and walked off. What they left were 24 roses stuck in in a vase with some water. No bow or ribbon, no baby's breath or anything else. Absolutely pitiful. No effort, care or interest. Seeing the video of it angered me. UPDATE: After learning of these issues, FTD's foreign customer service offered me a partial refund and an apology. I've added one star to their rating for this response.

I cannot give zero stars, but if I could, I would. This company failed miserably. Sending a gift of flowers has an internal meaning, and when it doesn’t arrive as scheduled, the failure is beyond reproach. And their answer, we will redeliver it, and refund your delivery fee, total BS!! You failed, period!! Will never use this service again.
