Excellent Flowers to Japan

I ordered flowers to be delivered to an uncle in Japan that was having his 90th birthday and they were absolutely beautiful!

Birthday Floral Order for an Elderly Relative

The choices were very nice. Additional gift options were also varied and enticing, even though I chose not to include any. It is helpful to have a floral service that can deliver flowers to relatives/friends far from the sender and can be ordered in advance.

Additional fees

Being an FTD Plus member used to mean NO additional fees, but now they have Same-Day/Weekend/Holiday Delivery Fees! Has one reconsidering paying the additional $39.99

International delivery to Mexco with…

International delivery to Mexco with FTD is a disaster. Not one holiday order or birthday order in the past 5 years has happened correctly. Never on time (1-3 days late). One time 24 roses (2 dozen) were ordered; 13 flowers were delivered. Another time 12 roses were delivered by motorcycle; only 9 survived the ride. The whole thing is very disappointing.
