The conditioner is extremely thin. I have to use a lot to be able to tell it's on my hair. I thought it was just me, so I let my mom try it out and she said the same thing. The smell was nice and I will be reusing the bottles when I am done because they are cute.

After trying the shampoo and conditioner that was formulated specifically to the areas I felt were a problem, my hair felt softer and manageable. After the second shampoo, it no longer felt dry. I love the creamy texture of the shampoo and how it distributes through my hair when I shampoo. The conditioner leaves my hair soft and manageable.

I am already seeing a difference in my hair! The ends of my hair are not nearly as dry as they used to be! However, when I took the quiz and selected preferences, I am pretty sure I selected a no color option for the colors of my products. They all came colored/dyed. I would love to receive uncolored products if that’s what I ordered, but honestly, for as good of a product that this is, I wish unhealthy dyes would not even be an option! Why not be a dye free company with a product this good?! Or at least color with natural ingredients… So overall, I am impressed with the results. But I wish the dyes would not be in my products or even be an option.

Products themselves are good (shampoo, conditioner and hair serum) but i’ve had multiple occasions of leaked bottles, website issues and incorrect formulas. For example getting a product with no colour which usually isn’t a big deal but for the price you’d expect the customisation to be correct! Cancelled because the price has increased from £39 to £56 for a shampoo and conditioner set which ie way too much for me. If it was £30 then I would definitely continue but £39 was already pushing it and the increase made it too expensive.

I was not sure about the product because Facebook ads can be deceiving. I decided to give it a whirl. I recently moved across the states and my normal hair care products are not available in this region. I am so happy I took the chance. My hair feels amazing, even wet my hair is silky smooth and doesn't tangle. I let my hair air dry and its smooth and silky and smells amazing!

Love the product and how it is shipped! Bottles are always safely cushioned by clever folds of cardboard. They also always include a pamphlet with directions and lists of ingredients. I've been subscribed to Function of Beauty for over a year now and am very pleased. I even got my mom to try it and her hair (which had been thin and brittle) is so strong now, its actually starting to clog the drain!

I purchased the shampoo to help with my oily roots, and it didn't do anything. Within a day, my roots became more greasy if anything. The shampoo felt too thick and actually made my hair worse so won't be using anymore of it.

I really liked the smell of the Shampoo, not to much scent with the Conditioner, I would have preferred more scent! It left my hair nice & shiny, but it didn't to anything to add more hair as promised, so I will NOT be ordering any more, plus it was expensive.
