They have the best customer service in the world! I loved it for 1,5 years, but i got psoriasis in my scalp(not by the products). Now its so bad i cant use anything other then special shampoo 😭 Me and My boyfriend love the conditioner a lot, so I’m so sad i cant use it anymore.

I like the smell and colour.Its very nice.But the quality of shampoo is bad ,Pantene even is better.My hair looks bad after few hours like i didnt wash it for 1 week.I guess i'll keep using my old shampoo.

Hair quiz was both fun and easy to do!! The variety of scents, colors and options for hair types is fantastic. Shipping was also quick! The shampoo & conditioner combo has exceeded my expectations and has vastly improved the health of my hair!! The shampoo and conditioner worked great at first. Over a month's time, I noticed increased hair loss. I requested a reformulation but went back to my old hair care routine. Hair loss stopped within two weeks. I will not buy again.

It didn't help with the frizz as I had hoped. However my hair I lost during COVID and from having a kid is finally growing back. Its been over two years of me trying to get my hair healthy and thick again and this shampoo really made a difference

The products work extremely well, above and beyond anything we’ve tried in stores. However, the shipping timeline was obnoxiously long, especially considering that even though we live in Canada, it didn’t get to any courier for a week, and then spent 2 weeks milling about in and around New Jersey, instead of crossing the border.

There was a hair in the bottle when I first opened the conditioner. The scent is definitely not what I thought I ordered. It seems floral at first, then gets incredibly musky.
