Their website is trying to charge me £30 delivery despite me trying to set up a subscription and my order being over £70. When i went on live chat I kept having to repeat myself as the agent wasnt reading my messages properly and kept asking for information id already provided and i was also misadvised i was experiencing this issue due to a gift card error (i wasnt using a gift card) i was attempting to use a promo code which the agent advised wasnt an active one ....but it was taking 20% off so im confused how this wasnt an active code. Furthermore the issue persists when i dont use a code. Ive evidenced this and sent photos on live chat and then over Instagram. I outlined my issue on Instagram sent the photos and got a reply asking me to send everything over by email. Why? I have contacted the company if the representative on instagram cant help they should send my query over to someone who can. The fact ive not even ordered from them yet and their service is terrible has completely put me off

Loving the hair products I ordered… BUT…

I’m loving the hair products I ordered. Five stars for those. The skin care product I ordered arrived with a lid that wasn’t completely on, the box was a slimy mess, and the container was completely empty so I never got to try it. I sent an email the same day and have not heard back from them in two months.

I use function of beauty products for years and have never been disappointed by an order. This time I received my products with sugared and spice(d) fragrance and I swear it‘s the best! I use shampoo, conditioner, hair oil and nie also the leave-in conditioner and my hair has never looked and felt better! I don‘t believe I will ever use anything else again on my hair. Also the customer service sooo friendly and helpful.

I love your products, the lavendar doesn’t smell too good to me.

I love your products! Next time I will be trying a different scent. The lavendar smells more like patchouli or sandalwood than lavendar. It’s a bit strong for me and not my preference.

Loved everything about the product

Loved everything about the product. I ordered this for my daughter who struggles with her fine, curly hair and tangles. I love that it is personalized. Beautiful scent and color and the best thing is that the product actually does exactly what we were hoping for. My daughter is thrilled and we will be ordering again!

My order arrives exactly as selected and advanced notice when my next order will arrive provides me with opportunities to make any formula changes or change a targeted delivery date. The products are wonderful and I have been enjoying their quality as well as how the product looks in my shower and on my countertop. Easy to use with the pumps - a great feature.

After I had my daughter my scalp was super dry no matter what I tried. Luckily I heard about function so I gave it a try. It is the best shampoo I have ever used. I don't have super dry scalp anymore and it makes my hair look luscious!

I had ordered once before when I was growing out my natural, now silver hair. I changed my original formula to one with more hydration and I love it. Makes my hair so soft and the smell is amazing too!

So far, soooo good! The shampoo, conditioner, and cowash all smell amazing! Only used it a couple of times on my daughter's hair, and so far I'm totally pleased with it! Her 3B hair needs all the help it can get at times, and these have been wonderful. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is I've only used it a few times. But so far, it's been all that they've stated on the website!
