Customer service was great. I felt they would do what it takes to meet my needs. The hair care products are very good. Immedicate relief for my itchy scalp. I may need to tweak the rest of the formula a bit but it is still early so waiting to see how that goes. I would definately purchase again.

Product always arrives on time and it's great not having to remember to order more, also the notification that its on its way is useful. Love the shampoo and conditioner, best products we have ever used, my daughter loves it and has her own subscription, my son loves it too so I had to start buying the bigger size bottle 😀

My bottles of shampoo and conditioner lasted me 6 months, so it is worth the price! I use 4 squirts of each a day (believe it or not, a little goes a LONG way and I could probably get away with 2 per day) and I have really long thick hair. Like, to my booty long and thick enough to make most stylists envy my hair. I shower a minimum of once a day (sometimes twice but I only wash my hair once) because I am super hygiene OCD, and I have to wash my hair daily because of a skin issue I have. So trust me, the price tag may look scary, but it honestly is worth it.

Used the Shampoo since 2021. At the beginning everything was great. My hair got softer, less broken, but my scalp got very itchy after a year of use. I struggled with that for months before I finally changed the shampoo. I don‘t know if they changed something in the formula, but when I changed to another brand, the problems were immediately gone.

I'm extremely happy with my custom formulated Function of Beauty hair care product. I purchased basic shampoo and conditioner with a hair mast add-on to that order. Nice shampoo - i use a small amount to get very clean, and the conditioner is light but effective for my fine hair. Nice stuff. Happy.

This shampoo and conditioner makes my hair shiny sleek smooth and soft. I used two packages of it and had an opportunity to buy much more expensive products at a large discount. Wasn’t worth it. Reorder Function. And a lot less hair in the drain.

For some background , I dyed my hair every 2 months for 2 years. My hair wasn’t brittle my hair became fine and very oily. Even washing it every other day, my hair would be sooooo oily! It couldn’t even hold any product in my hair for 1 day. I like how my hair looks, it looks a lot better. There’s ALOT less frizz. My hair can maintain its naturals wave for days. I can go 4-5 days without washing my hair! It’s only a 4 star because my hair is still a little bit frizzy when I try to “ squish to condish”. And I realized after I got it I wanted it non scented and no dye( but that’s on me).
