I honestly love it I think you start to see your results on your hair within like a week or two with using this product. But the only thing I don’t like is it just takes forever to get here. almost a month. And if you guys just ever plan on getting the 16 ounce, it’s not much of a difference between the 8th ounce.

I've been using Function of Beauty for five years now, and the product has never fails to live up to expectations. In my last shipment I was sent a purple shampoo instead of the purple conditioner I'd ordered, and the customer service team was incredibly prompt in correcting the error, which I appreciate! One thing to note, and the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5: my most recent order also included 6 pumps - 5 of which didn't work at all, which was incredibly frustrating. I had to scrounge around for working pumps from previous orders. In short: product is great, customer service is top-notch, but the non-functional pumps are a pain point!

The product is alright. Things I wished for did not come true with this shampoo and conditioner. The color of shampoo is grey instead of purple. The smell is weak, even though I asked for strong one. My hair don’t look or feel healthier. So, just a regular shampoo that costed me more than $150… wished it would be better.

I've changed the scents and color and it's never an issue. I love how soft my hair is after using it. Also i like how you can opt to push the delivery date if you still have plenty of product left

(Hair) products that I've tried are generally great. Unfortunately something started to happen to the company/website a couple of years back as they started expanding the range to skin care etc. and took the "function" out of their range: The whole concept of getting to pick your own 'unique' formula is gone, as for months (years actually) I've only been able to edit my formula by contacting customer service to do it for me...and they still don't get it right. I used to love to play around with my formula and tweak it a bit to keep it fun. Tried to send them feedback about this for 2+ years. Nothing changed. I even unsubbed and started again just to try and actually get the products I wanted, to no avail ofc. The products are nice but their broken system has destroyed the whole premise that appealed to many. It's just not worth having to contact and wait around for their customer service to do any minor change to your formula - every. damn. time. And still end up with something different than what you asked. What a shame.

Products were fine but after a few years of using it and not really being happy with any formula I decided to try other products. I canceled my subscription about a month before I was supposed to get new products. For some reason my subscription was reactivated and I was charged. I did not even get any email before it shipped (I literally scoured my deleted and junk to see if I missed it) Customer service basically said “nah we don’t believe you” and gave me a $15 credit that has to be used in 90 days. Why would I use that if I’m canceling and clearly don’t want the products. Reading some other reviews I see that I’m not the only one this has happened to so I definitely won’t be resubscribing.
