I have been a user of Mailbird for several years. It is one of the best mail clients out there, and an extremely good option for someone not wanting to go into the paid subscription of Office and Outlook. Their support is pretty solid as well. They respond quickly to questions. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that I wasn't upgraded to version 3, and there's no option for a one-time payment to secure a lifetime upgrade.
I use Mailbird on my PC to replace both Outlook and Gmail's web app. I like the simple layout and especially like being able to access my Google Calendar from the Mailbird app. I was having a problem getting Mailbird to accept my license key which was very frustrating. I asked for tech assistance and within a few hours I had a response and solution from Mailbird. They also followed up a day later to ensure the issue was resolved.
