Arrived promptly, nice item. Good correspondence and item tracking. However, packaging was inadequate and had allowed the metal to bend in several places intransit. Luckily was able to bend it back with only one lasting visible bit of damage.

They charged me for 2 orders when only ordered one. I paid 20.00 express delivery for Fathers Day and didn’t turn up. Now offering me a £10.00 refund on a £90.00 order. Not a UK company !!!!! Absolutely disgusted now having to do claim back through bank.

There were multiple issues with the picture. Dress on woman and little boys shirt were a completely different color, little boys left eyebrow is too dark and can’t see the other eyebrow, also could not make out little boys bowtie in the new picture, there’s a table in the back corner which wasn’t in the original photo, and N/A was put at the bottom of the picture twice. I didn’t want anything put at the bottom of the picture. The brick on the house is not close to the same color, you can’t make out the letters on the welcome sign on the porch, and the man looks to be a lot older than the original photo. I get it can’t be perfect but there’s just too many issues with the frame. Complained to customer service about the photo and asked for a refund and they created a new photo which looked worse than the original photo they did. I asked for a refund originally and not a new photo. Told them I was not satisfied again and they said they would only refund me $10 after I paid $50. Would not recommend this company from China.

Very disappointed with this 😕!! A poor quality, product has arrived in two pieces,broken and unusable. poor packaging , quality and no response from the company to fix this. This item was a huge disappointment,in all ways, poor quality item with many faults as well as poor packaging so the item had made a hole in its box. Way too little padding for a so say 'quality item'. There was a stain on the clock, a mark on one of the pictures (picture clock),bent time hands. So sad as this was a gift and hugely anticipated.

I specifically ordered from your website for the Santa hats advertised in your website. Instead, I was shipped a cheap version of Santa hats that did not look like the picture at all. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my items. When I reached out to customer service, they were not helpful and stated that they shipped what I ordered. (Which as not as pictured!) I would not order from this website again for poor customer service and false advertisement. The shipping took weeks to arrive too!

Product arrived in a good shape. Despite it matches the ordered size, it still felt a bit tiny. The downside are the lights: it had a separate light string, which you need to glue to the item. But as the lines are very thin, you will always see the light string through the cut-outs. Further, it does not have a remote control, as shown on the pictures, but a short wire with a tiny controller on it. I ordered it to turn it on the orange colour, that would match the new decorated room of our son. But, despite the internet picture shows an orange example, this colour can not be selected... So yes, it is a nice decoration to our son's room and he loves it. But in my opinion, the price does not match the quality... So no recommendation from my side.

It took weeks and weeks for the package to arrive (and was therefore too late for my daughter's burthday). But then the neonsign was also damaged and broken, so we haven't even used it. Now we are getting a new one, but again this is taking weeks and weeks. I am super disappointed and unsatisfied!!

Bad contact, long shippingtime, cancellations, ugly product. I had ordered 4 products. Without contacting me the shipping time was extended and 1 product was cancelled.
