AI generated

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the remarkably fast international delivery and securely packaged products that consistently arrive in excellent condition from overseas warehouses. Consumers also appreciate the very competitive pricing compared to local retail markets and the helpful, quick assistance provided by the responsive support teams. However, some people mentioned experiencing frustrating shipping delays while items were stuck in transit or receiving incorrect accessories instead of what they actually ordered. A few reviewers also noted receiving regional device versions featuring unexpected software differences or language settings that did not match their local expectations and usage.

What people say

100% Safe 100% Satisfy

I recently made a purchase through Giztop, and I can confidently say it was one of the smoothest online shopping experiences I’ve had—especially when ordering tech from overseas. First and foremost, what you see on the site is exactly what you get. The product descriptions are accurate, the specs are clear, and the images match the actual product. There were no surprises when I opened the box, which was a huge relief. What really stood out, though, was the customer support. I had a lot of questions before and after my order—some of them probably not the smartest—but the support team answered every single one, patiently and professionally. No matter how relevant (or not) my concerns were, they always replied quickly and kindly. Even better, they stayed in touch throughout the entire process, keeping me updated via email about order status, shipping, and even checking in after delivery to make sure everything went well. That kind of follow-up is rare these days and shows they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Another big plus: the prices you see are the final prices. There are no hidden fees, no surprise taxes or charges at checkout. It’s straightforward and transparent, which I really appreciated. If you’re thinking of buying from Giztop but feeling unsure, don’t be. They’re reliable, responsive, and honest—a company that actually delivers what it promises.

I ordered an Oppo N5 Global from them…

I ordered an Oppo N5 Global from them and after paying and placing the order they were unable to deliver the phone. They asked me if I wanted another model, I said no cancel the order and to receive my refund I had to pay their Paypal fees on a phone they did not have. Poor way to do business.

Don't buy Oneplus 13 with Oxygen OS

Don't buy Oneplus 13 with Oxygen OS I bought it and first when it arrived, I realized, that it can't be updated. OTA Update doesn't work, which makes it a pretty useless brick stone, with never getting updates. I asked them and they sayed, it is normal, OTA doesn't work. Good to know before one buyes an expansive Smartphone.

My phone arrived damaged

My phone arrived damaged. I contacted Giztop about rectifying this. They said they would issue a refund upon receipt of the damaged device, which is understandable. However, the instructions on how to return the device did not include a return shipping label. I have been emailing them back & forth explaining this since January. I refuse to lose $200 off the price of my return in shipping (from the US to HK). I know there is a time difference, but it is always days before I hear back from them. They are not offering to pay for shipping, just telling me to try other shippers. Bad experience!
