Great Experience

I just completed my first order with Gold and Silver Online and I was very pleased. Their website worked well and was easy to navigate. Checkout was easy and honestly listed all costs before I made the purchase. As this was my 1st purchase, they called me to verify my identity to prevent fraud. Finally my coins were well packed and in perfect shape and arrived when they said it would. I am very happy and I plan to make more purchases from them in the future.

Order went as advertised will be ordering again.

This was my first order with G & S Online and was very satisfied with the way things went. Will be doing business with this company in the future.

Reliable and easy to do business with G&S Online

I appreciate the ease of doing business with Gold & Silver Online. Reasonable minimum purchase, thou$and$ are not needed to buy. Safe and fast shipping, with e-Mail notice so I know the package is coming. I'm a repeat customer and I'll keep buying too.

Great customer service

This is the second time I have ordered silver from G&S Online. The representatives were helpful and friendly. The product arrived within one week of ordering. Deducted one star because the coins had signs of being handled (finger smudges and prints). Would have preferred that the coins were cleaned before shipping.

Two all beef patties

I have had very good experiences with goldandsilveronline. we have purchased many Gold Eagles and on several occasions, because I am not real tech savy, they have walked me through the transaction.

this has been a golden experience

I will recommend gold and silver online to anyone looking for a great deal and eliminating the middle man.

Easy to navigate website, fast shipping, helpful customer service- couldn't ask for more.

The website is extremely easy to navigate. Im also in the military overseas, and finding out they had a solution (using the phone to place orders) was fantastic. Also, being overseas I expected the product to take longer than normal to get to me- not at all :) I'm quite happy with the helpfulness of the customer service and definitely plan on using them again.

Will return soon

Amazing service!

This is the first time that I buy gold and all I can say is that I will definitively use Gold and Silver online for future purchases. Their service is quick, friendly and effective! I recommend this website to anyone wishing to invest in gold or silver!

Great service!

Order were shipped in a timely manner. They were very helpful on the phone as well. Will be doing business with them again. Would definitely recommend.

Great company to do business with.

Not a single hitch when ordering and receiving silver coin bullion. I will be a repeat customer.

Low commision, fast delivery a easy transaction. Thanks G&S Online !

The Gold and silver I bought was delivered on time, I was happy with how it was packaged and the coins are impressive !

Good experience overall, but 7 days to clear a check seams like a long time.

No problems

They delivered the product at the price quoted with no problems. In fact the items arrived a little earlier than expected in excellent shape.

Fulfilled their commitment perfectly

First time buyer purchasing silver Maple Leafs with personal check. Everything went as they explained and appreciated the follow up emails when check was received and order shipped. Good packaging and labeling disguised contents with the possible exception of weight. Would purchase again from them

Very Satisfied

I've made multiple purchases through Gold and Silver Online now, and have been very satisfied thus far. They have been extremely professional at every step in the process, providing me status updates along the way. I would recommend them without reservations.
