Making arrangements for a pick-up was quick and easy. Scheduling was way within a reasonable time frame and they arrived on time.
Communication fantastic but a rough in loading machine
I felt like they were very rough loading the machine onto the dolly. That is why I took photos as they were doing it! Also, my mom walked outside and heard the two men arguing in the truck bed as they were loading and getting ready to pull off, just unprofessional to be arguing in a silent residential community. Communication before and after was fantastic.

Schock Logistics is the only freight carrier I use for my copier lease returns. They are reliable, fast and courteous. If there is ever a problem, they take ownership and fix it without hesitation. Wonderful Experience
The guys for the pickup called before they showed up. Were pleasant and helpful when they arrived. Were very nice to speak with and did a great job wrapping our postage machine!!
