The team responded quickly to my original request. Maria Swisher answered all of my questions and was very friendly. Jeff, the driver, arrived on time and was very friendly. He took care of all of the moving and packaging of the equipment in a timely manner. The whole processes when very smoothly. Thanks so much.
Smooth and Reliable Service
Customer service was helpful and responsive, with clear explanations and prompt communication. The driver kept me informed about the pick-up, timely arrived and was courteous and efficient. I was promptly advised by email when the shipment was delivered.
Expensive, yet worth it...
Other than cost-wise (really expensive!), I'd say I didn't have any problems with Schock. The only part I find ridiculous is paying extra to set a specific time/date on when to settle the pick-up, but in the end, Schock was able to handle the moving operation and made it easier overall. Thankfully they were one of the only companies to have valid insurance (Certificate of Liability) so I guess that's another reason I'm not disappointed in their service. To be honest, I would give them a 4.5-star review due to the high cost but at this point, it doesn't matter since they got the job done real quick. Big shout out to Amable for the great help!

They responded quickly to my inquiry and got back to me with a quote the next day. We needed to have the leased equipment returned before a certain date and they expedited the pick up so that we were able to meet that deadline. Would definitely use their services again.
