This app has been a lifesaver for me

For a non-US resident like me, transferring USD abroad is a strictly regulated process that requires extensive documentation. In some cases, even with a perfectly legitimate reason for the transfer, the lack of sufficient supporting documents makes it impossible to proceed; that is why this app has been a lifesaver for me. I will certainly recommend it to others and hope to see the app continue to grow.

I only had issues with the delay in transfers between accounts and with external accounts. But lately it has improved.

I like how easy it is to use the app, it is simple and efficient, I have had to contact client service and always receive good attention and answer to whatever the issue is. The only thing I do not like it that some clients seem to find it hard to make me an ach transfer and still use other methods to charge them.

Great neo bank account for non-us residents

Just started using GrabrFi as Utoppia dropped support for Indian residents. So far enjoying it. The overall interface seems very responsive and honestly quite better than Utoppia. Great thing the virtual debit card is linked to the bank account so no need to top-up a prepaid card each time for purchase. The booster account to get some interest on USD is also a plus.

Argentinean laws expect something different

Argentinean laws allow to bill money in the same currency as the one received. So, not only I should be able to receive the money in the same currency in an account in Argentina, but I must do that to respect what I addressed on an invoice. GrabrFI just does not have that feature and forces me to exchange the money to another currency to do this. So, if you are an Argentinean and try to declare your incomes, this app is NOT for you.

A very good and fast option for receiving money transfer from USA

A very good and fast option for having a US bank account and receiving deposits. I also received the physical Mastercard Debit card and have used it in many stores across the US. I was able to load it with argentiniean pesos through a very easy transaction. I'm not sure if it has the best exchange rate for this type of transaction, but it has worked for me. Now I've been informed that they will be changing their partner bank and that they will be changing my account and card numbers. I'm sure the change will be very transparent, but I'm concerned that they change partners frequently. I recommend the app and the services; I think it's one of the best fintech options.

Top Notch Service So Far.

So far for me, GrabrFi has been good. No, not good. Amazingly good. Know what’s funny? A friend boasted of a platform to me that is faster, it only takes two days bla bla and I showed him mine, GrabrFi, that takes only 24 hours to receive ACH transfer.
