It is good, everything was fine, the only thing I'd suggest is that it took a day to convert from stable coins to USD and the tariffs were a little bit high. I mention this because some other providers do this conversion immediately.

I needed to change country of residency
I needed to change country of my account and initiated a transfer to withdraw the money from my account so the staff can then proceed in closing my account and let me open a new one under my new country of residency but I don't see any trace of this transfer inside the app or website, and I havent received the money in my recipient bank account, and support suddenly stopped responding. Avoid at all cost !!

The application is a really seamless one, Works on all international platforms I’ve used so far. International payments from clients is also accepted. Very reasonable rates, fast and secure transactions. Detailed account statements and reports. My only recommendation is that they also integrate deposits with cards not just transfers as it would be even more seamless. Keep up the good work. 👏

You closed my account when I had everything set up already. My salary was going to that account, I trusted this app and it was a terrible choice.

Account Number changes if yo do not use it frequently
I do not use the account frequently (60 days), and the balance stay in $0, so the account was closed. To make an ACH transfer I need to register the account (the process takes 1 or 2 days). If I do not use the account for several months, I have to remember to leave some balance (greater than 0) to avoid account close.

Thanks for sharing your feedback Juan Carlos. If your account remains inactive for 60 days and has a $0 balance, it may be closed automatically due to inactivity. When you reopen it, a new checking account number is generated, so you'll need to update your ACH details with any external platforms before receiving transfers again. To prevent this from happening, we recommend keeping a small balance (any amount greater than $0) in your account.
