It is a very comprehensive platform for transactions, potentially very useful in my country, but the processing times are extremely long; they drag on far too much. And trying to contact support is an ordeal because they never reply!

If I could give a zero star review I would. This is the worst app I have ever used, sent money to my grabrfi account from my business account to handle some transactions, next thing they asked for more documentation which I provided in detail. The customer care took 3 whole days to reply, there is no phone number no live chat, the whole app is a mess. Long story short, I got an email saying they will close my account and they don't need to tell me why. That's the craziest thing I ever heard this year. Next thing they ask me to withdraw all funds within five days, mid you the account was still frozen and I couldn't make withdrawals. Had to message them again to remove the restrictions on my account so I could move my funds before they did. Bas experience I score them 0 over 10

It is too expensive and slow
It is too expensive and I takes a lot of time to process transfers. Why charge a percentage of the transferred amount instead of a fixed amount? I know that USDC withdrawal fee has temporarily gone down but it is still to expensive with today's gas fees. Sending 1 vs 1000000 USDC cost the same onchain so why charge a percentage?

Why send usdt to my account takes 24 hs and then again some time to convert to usd? Other platforms just few minutes. Thats dissapointing.

No need to claim my honesty. Ofcourse I am constructive in my comments, however when somebody play tricks like the one applied to me, I feel the need to say the true. Besides the confusion with the money change, it is impossible to cancel the reservation. No way to contact the company that take the reservation

Grabrfi is excellent
Hi, Grabrfi is excellent; transactions are secure and fast, with a very good conversion rate. The only thing is that I wish they had kept the commission lower, but other than that, everything seems great.

- The MasterCard physical card is too expensive. ARQ didn’t charge me a penny for it. - I think you may consider lowering your costs a little bit. 5 USD for every ACH and 15 for Wire I think might represent a little too much considering that on other apps other people can send more than 6.000 USD for less than 5 USD - but I do think the app is great and you still can adjust these little things that will bring you more customers to the table
