I’m new to GrabFi I opened my account…
I’m new to GrabFi I opened my account and transferred $100 Canadian but only ended up getting $47.84 American. The exchange rate is about $67.17 but when I enquired the AI reply was that it went for charges and handling fees. So it’s definitely not worth it at all so am not happy at all.

Not reliable. Support is lacking. You make a transfer and all of a sudden the remember about KYC. In the meantime, your money is in the ether. Support doesn't answer and no way to cancel the transaction.
