Don't even answer the phone for these fraudsters. They will lie to you to get your business and not come through with things they said to you. If Charles or Jason contact you just hang up the phone and move on to the next company. They I will tell you things to earn your business and never follow through with them. DO NOT USE GRAVITY. If you ignore this and go through them and when things fall through you will remember this comment and realize you should have not used them.

I received a preapproved letter from gravity lending to refinance my car loan. I applied on Wednesday and got a call from Carlos on Friday. Carlos said he found a lower apr for me and I accepted. I didn't hear from Carlos for almost a week, when I called him the following Thursday, he did not pick up. I tried texting and no response. Tried calling Friday and he picked up. He said the refinance fell through and couldn't find another institution to take my loan. He said I had an excellent credit rating and it would be easy for me to get a loan somewhere else. I thought I was preapproved? Preapproved from Gravity lending is a scam. No call from Carlos. Very bad customer service

I applied online and got a text & an email from an agent - Matthew Jones. He asked for my VIN number and I didn't hear anything for a couple of days. Shortly after I received a notification that someone ran a hard enquiry on my credit - which is something I did not give consent for. I then got an automated message that I was approved. I sent a couple of texts and emails to check and I never received a response. I moved on.
