I had a great experience with Gravity. I worked with Hunter Hares and he is an absolute blast to work with. He explained everything in a professional and concise way. I took my time to provide needed documents. He was very polite and understanding when following up with me. If I hadn't taken time to send documents, whole thing would have been done in a day. I recommend Gravity lending to anyone who wants to refinance their auto loan. They will find a good deal.

Entire experience was so seamless

Entire experience was so seamless. Errol was THE guy! I knew literally zero about refinancing and he walked me through everything. Every question and concern was addressed promptly and explained. I didn’t know it could be this easy. Coming from a first time car owner, I cannot recommend enough! I would most definitely send friends and family to this company. So so easy!

Fantastic Experience

At first I went into this with skepticism since Gravity Lending isn't an actual lender but my rep Ed K. was very professional and helped me every step of the way. He found me a lender that was able to lower my monthly payment on my auto refinance at a much lower monthly APR. I recommend them with no reservations.

What made this great was the communication I received from Mr Kain. This was an experience I have not had in a very long time. The young man gave me all of the information concerning refinancing my auto without my having to ask a lot of questions. This was an experience great experience and the whole process only took a very short period of time.

Auto Refinancing

The person who helped me find the lowest possible APR & saved me a good amount of money with GAP insurance and other protections for my vehicle was Wilfred Ivan Hagerman. Truly a blessing to come across someone who communicates effectively, is transparent about rates, and saves his customers money. I did not have the knowledge about why my monthly payment was high, but I am glad to have learned why and glad to do business with Gravity Lending for auto refinancing.

They do exactly what they advertise

I was skeptical at first, but given their reviews, I decided to reach out to see if they could help with refinancing my car loan. Within a day or 2 after submitting the application, they reached out to me to tell me I was approved and explain the process. The whole process was easy enough and was completed within a few weeks. They were able to get me down almost 2.5% from my previous car loan and reduced my monthly payments by $100/mo (would have been $150 but opted to add Gap insurance to the loan), but needed to extend the loan from 48 months back to 60 months. Tim Brown was the one who assisted me throughout the loan process. He provided prompt communication and a clear layout of the numbers. I recommend him and his team. **The only drawback I have to include here is that they WILL pull a hard inquiry on your credit report as soon as you submit your information, whether you get approved or not or whether you decided to take the loan or not.
