I got a straightforward mailing from Gravity Lending for refinancing my Auto Loan, so after a bit of research, I contacted them and my NEW Loan Officer, Paul Elliot, got back to me immediately. He, too, was very straightforward and found me a loan that cut my interest rate almost in half, with good options for financing and payment plans. He was patient and stayed on top of everything for me and the new loan was in place in a relatively short amount of time. I couldn't be happier with how this all turned out. Past experiences going directly to big banks were terrible, but I thought those were my only options; never again!

Truly the best refinance/loan I have gotten out the 5 or 6 I’ve done so far. First of all, Paul E was absolutely amazing with anything I needed! Answered any questions I had and was super informative on everything. He ended up getting me a super good interest loan and I couldn’t be happier. These guys don’t mess around! From the start to finish wouldn’t even been 4 days if the weekend didn’t come in the way! Everyone I talked to was super nice and kind and helpful. Will recommend to family and friends thank you!

Kudos to Jake
Kudos to Jake, my Gravity Lending representative. Gravity had the best rate I could find, with no closing costs, and an additional 1/4 percent for ACH payments. What I most liked about Jake was that there was no pressure. I received one email after my inquiry, and when I indicated I wanted to wait, I was not barraged with reminders, phone calls, texts, etc. Most forms were managed online, and those that needed to be mailed were facilitated by a pre-paid return mailing label. A smooth process from beginning to end.

My husband and I just recently refinanced both of our auto loans and were able to receive a great rate. Definitely will help save us money.
