BUYER BEWARE - Careful when you buy from Greg Norman on-line. I just bought 4 Womens' Freedom Stretch Polos for golf. I ordered them on-line for $49.99 each. A few days later, the "very same polos & the same colors & size", are selling on-line at The Golf Warehous TGF, for $19.99. I called Greg Norman customer service (Shane) & he refused to give me a credit, to make up this huge difference. What a rip-off! Waiting now for the 3rd day, for someone from their Corporate Office to contact me to try to make this right.
Went to the Greg Norman store at the Tanger Outlet in Daytona Beach. Online prices for golf shorts are $69, in store $24.99. What a great deal. The shorts are well made and feel great on. Happy to have this store nearby!!
On November 14, 2021, I placed an order for several items which before discount came to $221.98. After discount (20%) and plus tax (4%) the order total came to $184.70. A few days later, I noticed that the items purchased in that order were on sale for 40% ($88.79) off when adding 4% ($5.33) the total for the order comes to $138.53. This is a savings difference of $46.18. Rather than return the items in the order and reorder them at the 40% discount rate, I would appreciate it if you would credit me the $46.18 back on my credit card. I find this to be an unacceptable business practice and am shocked that Greg Norman Collection would require the return of the items and then their reorder to get the 40% percent discount. It should be noted that the time between my order receipt and the implementation of the additional 20% discount was a matter of days. It is my opinion that this is a practice instituted to dissuade customers from obtaining the discount that they would be entitled to.
Bought a souvenir shirt made by Greg Norman from TPC Scottsdale for my husband. After a few uses the shirt became extremely discolored and faded. I emailed TPC Scottsdale and they contacted their Greg Norman rep who said they will take the shirt back for full refund or exchange. Then covid happened. Now that I reached out to them to exchange the shirt, they are no longer honoring their offer. Very disappointed in the product, I have never had any golf shirt get discolored or fade before. Very disappointed in the company for not keeping to their word. Not my fault a pandemic happened.

My husband loves Greg Norman clothes BUT, a recent purchase of one of your belts left huge dye marks (streaks) on almost every golf shirt he wears. Took a bit of investigating but we discovered it was the dye on the belt. He cannot wear this again without causing a lot of damage to fabrics. Please advise if there is anything we can do to remove this dye problem? Belt # 6959500

I added shark embroidery to the front and was not happy that I did.
The added shark is too big and it makes the Greg Norman shirt look like a cheap knockoff!
The quality of the shirts is excellent and the price is very competitive as well. However, the sleeves are longer than the ought to be in my opinion and I have longish arms. Rather than go to a smaller size that would fit really snug, I’ve decided to just roll up the sleeves a little. Still looking for the perfect long sleeve polo, this is pretty close.
I have been hacked with all the clothing I have bought through Greg Norman that fits well it looks good and extremely comfortable. My wife is thrilled with her apparel as well. We highly recommend.
