They stole almost $1500.00 from me

They stole almost $1500.00 from me , I got part of it back, they still owe over 700.00 & said they say they gave me groupon bucks. NO REFUNDS, EVEN tho the provider refused both of my groupons b/c I WAS there 6 yrs ago , its says on their groupon you can purchase every 30 days ALL LIES paypal said that Groupon stole from me no Groupon Bucks and no refund , I"m going thru cc now I will blast them to everyone & NO ONE TO TALK TOO, BUT, THEY KNOW HOW TO TAKE YOUR $ I JUST MAY SUE THEM IF I DON'T GET MY $ BACK , THEY SUCK THESE DAYS& LIARS

Its actually "not" in the Details

I purchased a promo code. Simple. Fine print says it ships to my location. After redeeming the code and attempting to use it, i find out from the merchant themselves that the code was location based and does not work for me. I then reach out to Groupon support and after 2 weeks of annoying emails, I'm still dealing with them! Groupon tells me it works for my location, Merchant tells me my code can not work for me cause it is location based and not in my location. Yet Groupon keeps telling me the same thing over and over again because they're changing support agents every time i deal with them!!! The kicker, i can not get a refund because I've viewed the code.. How else am i supposed to try the code without viewing it!!! Its basically false advertising at this point. Do not use this company. Its not worth the headache and there are many other companies out there that will actually support you. Hard pass!

I will never be able to use the tickets that i bought for crayola factory . the location is over 1,000 miles from me. I asked for a refund to use on the right location and i was told they were non refundable. That is terrible esp. because it is for a child.

Groupon customer service is terrible!!

I purchased a voucher for an MOT with Groupon for July. Due to a bereavement the merchant was unable to complete the MOT. I therefore had to start again and book a new MOT with a different garage and pay again. I duly contacted Groupon with regard to this, they requested I obtain and email from the merchant Protyre Bristol which I did and sent it to them as requested. Protyre also sent me the credit note they had sent to Groupon. However some six weeks later I am going round in a circle and cannot get a refund from Groupon. Each time a different person in customer services contacts me asks me for the same information which I have already sent to them and then tells me they're unable to confirm it with the merchant and therefore cannot refund me! Absolute madness, I should not have to be spending so much time to be getting my money back when the Groupon voucher could not be fulfilled by the merchant because of a family bereavement of the MOT tester. Get a grip Groupon and do the right thing and refund me my £30. Very unhappy customer.

Staff made the experience; they were absolutely fantastic – so attentive and friendly, nothing was a problem. I would 100 per cent go back. They treat me and my mum like royalty. There was a lady in particular, and i cant remember her name, its like she ran the show and another lady that may of been the bar manager went above and beyond.

Groupon sold Microsoft Office

Groupon sold Microsoft Office. The codes provided didn't work. There was nothing indicating your computer had to be a certain model for it to work. I asked Groupon several times to refund to my credit card. They refused to offering their so called bucks. i don't want their bucks, because it ties me to have to use their website. This is horrible business practice. REFUND MY MONEY TO MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE YOU BLINDSIDE CONSUMERS WITH YOUR BS.

Absolutely like Groupon Absolutely love Groupon! You can’t beat the deals they offer! I’ve done some really great experiences with it Great customer service. I had a small issue emailed them and got a response very quickly on what to do. Very easy instructions. Worth the value.

All my Groupon purchases have been satisfactory, therefore I haven't needed to pursue a refund, therefore I can't speak to their refund process. They have a fine and helpful customer service group that helped me with a product acquisition and installation. My purchases from them were the genuine product and fully functional.
