I was purchasing a word for pc and when I pay the fee they have made really hard and long process to give you access to the product, after 2 h of wasting my time I have end up with no solution, I have requested the refund and they have refused, and said that I have received the product, even when I had no access to that product at all. Very disappointing. I have purchased this because of the name website groupan.

Very frustrating experience with World Wide Electronic Software Delivery LLC (mycodes24). The download and installation instructions sent after purchase are vague and lack clear step-by-step guidance. Trying to complete the setup process turned out to be an unnecessary hassle. When I reached out to customer support for help, the response time was painfully slow. For a digital delivery service, speed and clear instructions are critical—unfortunately, this seller failed on both fronts.

BUYER BEWARE for Microsoft License keys
MS Office 365 license purchased in a classic 'hit and run' transaction. Vendor, SAAD Services sold a bogus Office 365 license which was deactivated a few months after purchase - Groupon have not assisted in any way to get a refund, despite this product being sold via their platfrom. Groupon have hidden behind the 'this is a vendor issue' smokescreen. The customer service representative at Groupon I spoke to via livechat also lied to me that SAAD Services were still a vendor active on their platfrom when I had already, sperately, confirmed that they weren't (they had dissapeared, rather predictably). Very dissapointing that Groupon can assist in selling products that the customer then loses access to. No refund offered, just £1.50 of 'Groupon Bucks' which I find insulting.

They advertise their software keys as "lifetime retail licenses," but they actually send cheap corporate volume keys (MAK/KMS) meant strictly for internal company networks. The moment you format your computer or update your OS, the license dies and cannot be reactivated. Selling restricted enterprise bulk licenses to home consumers under the guise of a permanent lifetime key is fraudulent. Save your money and buy from a legitimate reseller!
Groupon could not be redeemed due to system hanging
Bought a $50 Earl sandwich groupon while on vacation. Tried to use it several times and the app just hung. Tried several device and had the same problem. Reported it and they told me to reach out to the Offer Redemption refund company they use. I did that and they approved the refund and told me to contact Groupon as they needed to add the funds back to my account for the refund. When I did that, Groupon said they would not honor what THEIR provider approved. The app is working now, but I live in NY and the restaurant is in Vegas.

This is a total scam. they offer a lifetime subscription to Microsoft office, then discontinue the service. Then despite offering a replacement, they never follow up in sending the voucher, and you can't activate it with your own msn email. it has to go through their 3rd party which is clearly a scam. Never buy anything from them. They are liars and scammers.
