Bought Regal movie theater premium tickets to include IMAX but when I went to redeem them Regal said it was not valid for the Odyssey which is why I bought the Groupon. 99.9% of my experiences with Groupon have been great. Trying new food new experiences new events. It comes in handy and it saves you a lot of money, especially to start off. I’ve been using it over the past 10 to 15 years I highly recommend?
Poor service regarding Groupon Bucks. You won't get your money back if Groupon Bucks aren't used at time of purchase.

I bought two MS Office licenses, one for my laptop, and one for my wife's laptop. These are life-time licenses at great prices from Groupon. Instructions for installation is very clear and easy. The support is extremely prompt and helpful. I highly recommend Groupon!
I brought a dress, it arrived promptly but it was described as being made in denim material. It is not. Its a cheap version of the dress advertised. Trading standards should take a look. Its the first time for a long while I've got anything from Groupon. Won't bother again.
We purchased tickets to water park but we could'n redeemed them. After chatting with AI agent came and after long investigation she told us that the redemption code has been used and given us in error. Now we have to contact the water park that we were planning to visit so they can help us. I asked how long this will take since we are ready to go- up to 24h . Ha ha ha. NEVER AGAIN

Grandma of 10 here. We love saving money. Also love to play and eat good food. So the trade off is Groupon. All of the vouchers ive purchased over the years have been easy to use.
My review is for Mycodes 24: The staff is very attentive. I had a problem with the product key so I emailed Mycodes24 thinking it would be a day or two till they got back to me but it was probably 5 minutes and David emailed me back asking about the issue. I sent some screen shots and within 10 minutes he had me up and running. With service like that and the price of the software you can't beat it.
Stay away from World Wide Electronic Software Delivery LLC (mycodes24). They are selling illegal enterprise volume keys (Microsoft) disguised as genuine retail licenses. These keys get blocked quickly, leading to total financial loss. Multiple formal fraud reports have been submitted against this merchant. Groupon must remove them immediately!
We bought the Mycodes24 lifetime license of ms office 2024... The support team at Mycodes24 is legit! We installed the software smoothly, it worked great for 2 months then Microsoft ran an "update" & messed up our 2024 ms office license...they are always wanting to push people to a monthly sub to ms365 :/ so we emailed the Mycodes24 team and received immediate help! They guided us through several tries at fixing it and within an hour they prevailed! Their service was kind and prompt and they were determined to help! I appreciate the value too...a monthly sub is ridiculous! Thank you to the Mycodes24 team!!
Great value, great service, great food
Purchased an annual subscription for $99.00 for MS Office 365. Set-up was easy and worked as advertised and worked well initially. I shared my account with 2 family members who were also able to add 365 and worked initially. Within 30 days the Office 365 not only worked, I received a message from Microsoft my account had been cancelled, the same happened to both family member's account I was permitted to share. I contacted Groupon, provided all information requested, I was sent another digital key from Groupon to reinstall Office 365. I was traveling out of country for work for nearly 3 weeks When I returned I saw the email, attempted to redownload Office 365, it failed, said expired. I requested from Groupon my $99.00 payment to be refunded. Still waiting 2months later. Filed a scam report to my bank.
I received a service from a business that I did not know existed at an affordable price and the experience was phenomenal. So much so that I will be returning for additional services at their regular price. Thank you Groupon for introducing me to Bonnie at NC Laser Wellness & Skincare in Morrisville, NC. I treated myself to a Lash lift & Tint for my birthday which left me feeling younger more confident and comfortable in my 54 years young skin and body. The service I received was outstanding as was Bonnie with her knowledge, skill, friendly, pleasant and professionalism. Overall wonderful experience!
I honestly couldn’t be happier with this experience! After purchasing our Mystery Vacation through Groupon, Prince called me within 48 hours, and from the very first conversation, I knew we were in good hands. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and took the time to explain absolutely everything without ever making us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people, and that really came across during the entire process. I travel a lot for work out of Myrtle Beach, SC, so I’ve already been to most of the cities on their destination list. I told Prince I was hoping for somewhere new, and he went above and beyond to help make that happen. Even though we had to change our original travel dates, he never made it feel like a problem. Instead, he worked with us to find the best option that fit our schedule while also saving us money. We ended up upgrading our package because Prince made us feel completely confident in the process, and I’m so glad we did. We booked four nights in Denver, Colorado for two people with round-trip airfare and a 4-star hotel for around $780 total. I honestly don’t think you can beat that value. What really impressed me was how much he cared. It never felt like he was trying to sell us something—he genuinely wanted us to have a vacation we’d be excited about. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and it made the entire experience so enjoyable. Prince is an absolute rockstar, and I truly hope Mystery Vacation knows what an incredible employee they have. Because of him, we’ll definitely be booking again, and next time I’ll be asking for Prince by name. Thank you for making this such an easy, exciting experience—we can’t wait for our trip!
I originally contacted customer service to request an edit to my purchase, not a refund. I purchased adult tickets, but the tickets issued to me were child tickets. The customer service suggested to gift the tickets to children in my family or friends' circle. I do not have a child between the ages of 1 and 12 to use these tickets, so suggesting that I gift them to someone else was not a reasonable solution. I asked Groupon to either correct the purchase by changing the tickets to adult tickets or issue a refund to my original form of payment. I made the purchase in good faith, and I believe customer service should provide a fair resolution when the tickets issued do not match what I intended to purchase. But their response in the chat box was : the sales are final, gift the tickets to 1-12 year old kids in you family. I got tired of telling them over and over that I do not have kids in that age range around me.
Got the facial deal for a local spa downtown. The treatment was fine, but trying to book a slot was a pain—they only allow Groupon redemptions on Tuesday through Thursday afternoons. If you're working a standard 9-to-5, it's really hard to use this without taking time off.
First time user and definitely last time. Bought a skydiving pkg, which shows a 3 day no hassle refund policy. An hour later they sent an offer for the same package for less. I bought that one and tried to cancel the original package. After a long session w the AI Chat, I got a real person on the chat. They said that even though my receipt states the 3 day refund, buried in the fine print it also says the sale is final and that take precedence One hour after the original purchase and they refused to refund either. Now I have to dispute w my CC company. It’s intentionally deceptive. The skydiving vendor said that if I had spoken to them first, he would have matched the offer without the headache. Lesson learned. Don’t do it!
