I placed an order on mycodes24 for a license key, but I have not received the key at all. I have tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times through their support channels, but it is completely impossible to get in touch with anyone. There has been no response, no key delivered, and no update regarding my order. Taking payment without delivering the product or offering customer service is completely unacceptable.

Worst online shopping marathon ever

Worst (and longest) online shopping experience of my life, and I buy almost everything on line. First, they insist you download their app to access the fields necessary to apply your voucher, and the app kept crashing. The entire site is so user unfriendly that I crcled the same pages over and over again in total bewilderment. When the "free delivery" in their Google ad turned into a $60 shipping charge, I changed my mind about the order but could not cancel -- just get Groupon credit. After finding a better deal with cheaper shipping, the same Minotaur's maze trying to complete the order, with instructions from the help chat that did NOT match the seller's website. As a result, "treating myself" after a pet bereavement turned into a 2-hour nightmare; cannot wait until I have spent what remains on my voucher and can escape Groupon forever!!

Support from Mycodes24 is AWESOME!

I purchased Office 2024 from Mycodes24. I had used several Office products over the years, including a shared Office 365 from my work. After SEVERAL uninstall-restart-install sequences and having to follow additional steps provided by David at Mycodes24, I finally was able to install and activate my product. David was patient and very helpful with the instructions as well as responding to multiple emails very quickly. Highly recommend these guys!

I purchased a Windows key from MYCODES24, but the provided key turned out to be completely invalid. I contacted their customer support team and provided 3 separate error screenshots clearly showing the issue, hoping for a quick replacement or assistance. Unfortunately, there has been absolutely NO response or help at all from their support team. Ignoring customers after delivering a defective product is completely unacceptable. Avoid this seller until they fix their support quality!

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Groupon. I accidentally purchased the wrong voucher and contacted customer support within minutes, before redeeming or using it. Despite explaining that it was an honest human mistake and requesting a one-time courtesy refund, my request was denied multiple times, including by a supervisor. I understand that companies have policies, but good customer service should also include common sense and compassion. Keeping a customer's money for an unused voucher purchased by mistake just minutes earlier is, in my opinion, unfair and shows very little concern for customer satisfaction. This experience has made me lose confidence in Groupon. I expected a company of this size to value its customers and be willing to make reasonable exceptions in situations like this. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I will think twice before using Groupon again and cannot recommend it based on how my case was handled.

As this was my first experience with a Groupon purchase I approached it with some apprehensions. Be aware mycodes24! This website is engaged in a major license key scam. They are reselling restricted Microsoft Enterprise Volume Activation Keys to individual retail buyers. These keys initially activate and work for a short time, but because the exact same product key is resold to numerous customers, Microsoft eventually detects the overuse and permanently deactivates the key. When this happens, your Windows suddenly becomes unactivated ("Windows is no longer registered") and the key becomes completely useless. They falsely claim to be an "Authorized Partner" to trick people, but they are distributing unauthorized recycled corporate keys. Save your money and stay away from this groupon.
