experience with a software supplier
I can't lay the blame entirely with Groupon but it would have been good to get better support when I purchased from a suspect merchant. software link was corrupt. I won't be taking that chance again.

Groupon provides products and services at an amazing price. You get top rated, personable and immediate assistance from their support team who walks you step by step and respond to you immediately and real time to resolve any issues with your purchase. I am very impressed with the service and assistance I received. I would definitely recommend Groupon to anyone and I will be checking Groupon more frequently to find more deals. This was a worthwhile purchase of MSOffice software and a support team that deserves a 5 star review. Happy customer, named: rk
Paula was amazing and made me feel relaxed 😌
Wonderful experience, everthing was so well layed out for me. With videos and instructions on how to do everything. Recently ran into a issue that I may have caused but I contacted tech support and they replied so fast and helped me fix the issue after a year of having it. Thank you thank you 😊
The deals are Great. But good luck getting them. Groupon is a black hole for your time. The support is a nightmare. My guess is many people buy things and give up getting the product. If you have a charge on a credit card and the deal doesn’t show up in your account you could waste 10 hours trying to get it. Even if you make minimum wage that made your deal just cost $160 more. So it is not a deal. you could dispute it on your credit card if you do it in time. Again a huge amount of time wasted and you get no deal. Life is too short for Groupon
I tried to sign up for a promotion and could no longer sign into my account. In order to get support they ask you to sign in. I found a way in through a non support link to send a message and after many days received this: "Upon review of your account, we have identified a violation of our Terms of Service. Because of this, we have closed your account and request that you discontinue use of our website and services immediately and note that we are preserving all rights to pursue further action—should it be necessary—to preserve the integrity of our program and the best interests of our company. For more information, please refer to our [Terms of Service] If you have any further queries, please let me know. Regards, Prahar P Supervisor Groupon Customer Support" My reply: " Please outline specifically how I have violated your terms of service." Groupon's reply: " Thank you for contacting Groupon. We understand that you'd like more information regarding how your account was determined to be in violation of our Terms of Service. After carefully reviewing your request, I'm sorry to let you know that we're unable to disclose the specific details of our internal review process or the criteria used to make this determination. These measures are in place to help protect the security and integrity of our platform. We understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may cause. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, Francis S Supervisor, Groupon Customer Support" Groupon has changed and seems to be a poor combination of AI and lack of intelligent people. My relatives are cancelling their accounts. It's not the same, not transparent, and I wouldn't trust them with any of my money. The value of the "deals" posted nowadays are no longer worth the risk. I predict a class action or bankruptcy sooner rather than later. Invest your money instead and negotiate your own deals.
The purchase and set up was very easy to install & access. Also the help and assistance that was given AT ANY TIME was definitely a PLUS...
Great product at a great price. Flawless installation and exemplary customer service.
It was easy to navigate and purchase my item.
Love it was best thing i did
My first time to this school for a haircut. I had a lovely young lady, Angel. She was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. I was very relaxed while getting my hair done. She had a positive attitude. She did very well on my hair. I had many good and positive feedbacks and compliments on my hair by others. Price was great. Service was great. Communication was great. Easy scheduling. Clean place. Very hospitable.
I purchased a food sensitivity test from Ucari. Russ, the owner is amazing! I emailed him with a question and he emailed me right back was very easy to get along with and two help! I needed some more information and he gladly provided that. The Ucari test is amazing! I highly recommend it! Just send in a few strands of hair and they do the rest! I learned a lot about my body and my food sensitivities. I highly highly recommend Ucari food sensitivity test, as well as Russ, the owner! He takes great pride in his company and make sure that you are getting the best information and quality service for your purchase!
When I tried to pay the transaction didn't work and the system said it didn't went through and to try again which I did and to my surprise when I tried again the tickets went through twice and I got charged twice. Groupon never wanted to issue a refund and I lost 200$ because of an error and their end and they were no help and juste kept accusing me of double booking...
When it first came out, Groupon was good, but now it's a waste of time and money. While everyone else is offering to allow you to pay to avoid advertisements, Groupon has become a system where you pay to get advertised to. My most recent purchase was a voucher for $100 off windshield repair for $10, which would have been a great deal, if it wasn't a lie. I called the company for a quote before buying the groupon, they said $380 for my low-end car's windshield. I bought the groupon and called the merchant back a few days later to schedule. They again quoted $380, but when I told them I had the groupon, they said the price already had a $100 discount built in. Basically I paid money for Groupon to advertise the company to me. I knew I could get a lower price elsewhere without the groupon, so I contacted Groupon for a refund, but because it had been five days since I bought the groupon, they could only offer me Groupon credit. I don't want groupon credit and don't plan to use them again, so that is money I spent, that I will not get back, that ended up being a payment for some random company to get a free lead and advertising. Because this also consumed about 30 minutes of my time, I'm pretty disappointed with what used to be a fun and worthwhile company.
Update: After several days of back forth with Groupon support (quite honestly someone without an IT background and perseverance would have given up), Groupon refunded my purchase price to the original payment method. I can’t see using this source to purchase anything in the future. I purchased a CCleaner software license through Groupon, which was fulfilled by MyCodes24. The activation key provided would not activate the software. Over several days, I worked extensively with MyCodes24, contacted Groupon multiple times, and even worked directly with CCleaner Support. Despite completing all requested troubleshooting, I never received a working activation key or a usable product. Groupon repeatedly referred me back to MyCodes24, while MyCodes24 was unable to provide a working solution. My refund request was not resolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing software licenses through Groupon or MyCodes24!
Today I used one of the service "I Laser you LLC " for the Laser Genesis but they supposed to do provide service 30 min - only did 7/10 min . Also took $75 dollar cash but on Groupon $70. You should have to remove them from group on .
Awesome deals. Groupon saved ne at least 75% off a full synthetic oil change.
