Dealing with Groupon has been a horrible experience! I have purchased Groupons before and never had a problem ,the problems I’ve had trying to redeem for parking with Groupon has been a nightmare. For over a month I have been sent code after code to use and they won’t work , have gone through chats, offer redemption with no help ,the last chat I did the person was working with me then just stopped communicating with me ! Prices for parking has gone up $50.00 over the last month that I have tried to book parking ! The parking spot has been very nice and tried to help but were limited by what they could do ! I finally just booked my parking . So Be AWARE if you are thinking about purchasing a Groupon !

Groupon is good

Groupon is good, but it is very hard to figure out how to print off the Groupon Coupon. I never was able to print it.I had to use the App on my phone to redeem it. Wish they could make it simpler to print off. Everything else is fine.

Groupon customer service is the worst

Groupon customer service is the worst. I bought a voucher that didn’t work when I tried to redeem it 3 days later I’m still waiting for them to investigate the situation!!!! I’m only in New York for a week so by the time it’s sorted out I can no longer use the voucher!!!!! Waste of time & money!!!!!😔😡

Have used Groupon three times with three different vendors and had a positive experience all three times. I have no complaints.

SCAMMERS!!!! AVOID if possible! If it was possible to give Groupon a negative rating I would. I purchased a massage for Father’s Day that turned into a massive headache. My dad was super excited about the gift and immediately started reaching out to the vendor to book an appointment. He tried for a week and got no answer. When we finally requested a refund Groupon informed me that they could not refund to the original form of payment and would only give us a credit! Why would I want a credit when your service has been terrible?! What pissed me off even more is that they have no customer service number because they are scamming people. I asked if the chat if the company holds their vendors to any standard when they place them on the website, but they wouldn’t answer. Do yourself a favor and pay the vendors directly who are actually worth it. Groupon are nothing more than a bunch of liars!

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Groupon. I purchased a service through Groupon, but the service was never provided. The business redeemed my Groupon without my consent before any service began and demanded additional payment. I contacted Groupon to explain the situation clearly: this was a case of "service not provided" and unauthorized redemption. I also shared details of my interaction with the business, including emails showing how unfairly I was treated. Despite all of this, Groupon chose to side with the business and refused to issue a refund, relying only on the merchant’s claims. This is extremely frustrating and unfair to customers. I provided sufficient evidence, but my case was not handled properly. I no longer trust Groupon as a platform. Use it at your own risk.

Groupon thieves

I purchased a Windows Key from Groupon. When I tried to redeem it, I could not. I asked for customer service. What I got was an AI driven 'agent". The instructions he gave me did not work, I tried getting more customer service for over an hour. All the information I received was incorrect and I never could redeem my key. I have copies of all the "Help" I received and the instructions are incorrect. I could never get my purchase. I asked for a refund but they would only give me "Groupon Bucks" which are useless since I will never deal with them again. They refuse to refund mu money and will keep my "Groupon Bucks". This site is criminal.

One needs to be diligent and focused about buying coupons from this outfit. I personally believe it does not make very clear the particular features of the attractions they connect with. E.g., I bought four tickets to Legoland, Mesa, AZ with joined SeaLife Aquarium admissions, but when I arrived at Legoland, I was told it did NOT include the SeaLife admissions. I checked the site adn saw that I had to select the "diascovdery" packet, for about $33/person. Interestingly, that is the same price I could pay on the Legoland website for the combined exhibits. So, in conclusion, one must query both site - the attraction's website AND the Groupon site - to ascertain if Groupon is really any significant benefit, and ignore what Groupon advertises as a "percentage" off discount. Very often, it's about the same as the attraction's website will offer.
