Very disappointed. I was using another pharmacy with Henry Meds and they had my last Rx sent to Health Warehouse. I spoke to the provider today.. I think there is an issue with the compound of my medication. The previous pharmacy compound was doing what it is intended to do, this one isn’t. I also wasn’t happy with shipping. Everything was just thrown in a shipping envelope and the medication is supposed to stay cold. They used a small cold pack, and the medication was hardly cool when it got to me. This may be the reason the medication isn’t working. If Henry Meds uses this pharmacy I’ll go elsewhere, it’s too expensive to not work and or not be kept cold. Not impressed at all.

I sent two online messages to HealthWarehouse, one about an immediate concern with ordering a refill, and the other with a question/complaint. Weeks passed before I received responses. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Excellent service. Representatives answer the you talk to a live representative who knows exactly what you need. The rep. explained exactly what your medicine will cost and how it can be delivered to you. I have used Health warehouse. for a a number of years without any problems or mistakes on their part.

I had to constantly nudge and call to get the prescription filled and mailed. Even after my Dr. authorized the prescription, there was no movement on the filling of the rx. for over a week. I called and there was no information. The rep. forwarded the info. and the Rx. was delivered within that week. I don't think anything was being done and had I not called, I don't think they were doing anything. They dropped the ball.

Online ordering was easy, delivery was quick and information was very good.
Recently, I waited too long to reorder my prescription (altho HealthWarehouse does offer an ‘auto-ship’ option). But either by phone or on-line, communicating with them is friendly and easy. I received my prescription in 3 business days as promised without missing a dose. Of course it depends on the drug you need, but the prices they have charged me for drugs I need are definitely fair.
