I ordered the Frankincense and Myrrt Neuropathy Rubbing Oil 2 fl oz, from HealthWarehouse, when I received I realized the active ingredients are not exactly like in advertisement, some important components are missing. I called the Company, I talked with customer service rep. I was transferred to the pharmacist, nobody helped me. I am very disappointed, I could buy the same stuff at Walmart, much less expensive.I ordered especially from HealthWarehouse because they were saying theirs stuff has special components to help neuropathy, but unfortunately they were missing. The same experience could have somebody else, if the Company do not advertise the correct information.

Good price and fast shipping. Retrieving current prescriptions for renewal can sometimes be complicated by older prescriptions that have not been scrubbed from my account.
Confusion in the ranks
I self prescribed my chronic medication. I received contradictory instructions. "You must mail in a written prescription" -which I DID. Pharmacy called later that day, "Do not mail." I then had a series of "followup" emails with asking me for different information and confirmations.
