I came across Hidizs by chance really. I am new to higher end music devices and audiophile type equipment and came across the brand when looking at reviews and prices of DACs. The S9 Pro came up frequently as being very good and I was attracted by the excellent price it was offered for. Since then I have noticed more of the product range and been expanding my knowledge of what each one does. I purchased several more items and have been really impressed with everything so far. The support team is excellent and reply promptly and with great knowledge to any questions asked. Overall, so far I can't speak highly enough of Hidizs' products and company as a whole. I am really enjoying using the items I've purchased so far to enhance my music listening experiences.
I bought hidizs MS3 IEMs after watching several reviewers. Now I’ve read up on it I’ve realised a lot of these reviewers are paid off. I ordered the items on the 26/12/2023 and received them 11 days later. They came damaged and I believe they had been used by another customer. I contacted customer service who said they would send out new filters. I explained I didn’t want new filters as the reason I bought these were for the filters that were damaged(red bass filters). I tried the IEMs with my quadelix 5k and sounded ok . However when I tried them with my Apple DAC the sound was terrible . I contacted customer service again. They explained that I would have to pay to return the items (£20 roughly) and then basically told me that I would more than likely get charged another £25 from customs . So I would have been down £45 the items only cost £75. Now I’m stuck with iems that I hate and I’m £75 down. They didn’t even offer a partial refund for inconvenience. I will never use this company again and have a few reviews going up in the next few days regarding these terrible iems. Please if your buying iems get them off Amazon and don’t buy Hidizs.
I recently bought the MS-1 Galaxy and I love how they sound and how wide the soundstage is. It's one of the widest I've heard on earphones so far. I also like the warmth and fullness that male vocals and guitar have, as well as how powerful the bass sounds, almost to the point of overpowering other frequencies, but not quite. On the other hand, I'm not very happy with how female vocals sound, they can sound a bit hollow, that would be a great improvement to make to the earphones. The cable is pretty good, no complaints there, it gets the job done and is decent quality. Overall, would reccommend for the price point.
I got my items via one of their kickstarters as well as direct purchase from their website. Shipping was fast considering the country of origin. They are quite open and attentive to everything. They have easily earned my trust and support. The fact that their audio products blew past my expectations in quality and quality to delivered one of my best experiences is enough to earn 5 stars a second time lol. I’ve tested some of Hidizs products, and I’m really pleased with them. Specially with their IEMs , I was truly surprised by the “ms3”, I watched a lot of videos talking about its specs but when finally got them I just relax and enjoy my music because “ms3” is an example of excellent quality product! I purchased a pair of Hidizs Limited Edition Titanium MP 145, in ear monitors. Item was posted from China to Australia, fully tracked, and arrived during the estimated time. The sound quality of these gold plated iem's was excellent . They came with an good range of ear-tips and sound filters, and two cables one 4.4mm and one 3.5mm. They were a considerable upgrade from the standard model. but well worth the extra cost, given the quality of the new features.. Purchasing from their site was easy, with just a few clicks, and they accept Paypal....a must for me. I have purchased several items from Hidizs, and find their service, and the quality of their items to be very pleasing to me. Great shopping experience.

We do recording engineering and monitoring engineering on live concerts and film sets. Hidiz has helped me to be sure I had products that worked for us, and unlike most gear we’ve gotten from China, we received our orders in 5 days!! For IEMs shipped from China directly to the US, these came in pretty fast. I can't complain when I didn't pay a penny for shipping, and the IEMs arrived after 11 days. The box was double packaged as well. This is the first IEM I've every purchased, so I can't say much about the quality of the sound. To my ears, they sound great and serve their purpose.
The sound quality of the Hidizs Pro Plus Martha DAC is great. Can't really tell much difference in the sound quality from the previous PRO version which I also own. Unfortunately, I had to deduct one star for late delivery.
