I bought a pair of headphones with a microphone, but I received the version without a microphone. I contacted customer service and in the end their solution was to give me 1 dollar back + 1 discount coupon for the next purchase. In other words, their solution was to invite me to buy again. I was not satisfied because I really liked these headphones, but every time the phone rings I have to disconnect the headphones from the phone, take them out of my ears (because they are very firm) and answer the call, and then reconnect them. It is uncomfortable and I wanted to avoid this. The result now is that I hardly use them.
The headphones are ok for listening at low volumes of music but they are not meant to be in-ear monitors for live music. Not enough drivers and very horrible frequency range.
I'm super happy with my AP80ProX and the support team is also really friendly and replays fast. I would recommend Hidizs
Great products at fair fair price. Will buy again.
good stuff thank you
The attention of the brand asking if I received the shipment and the importance of knowing my experience and opinion of their products, communication always continues, the products purchased are very good, recommended
Too cool it's a real trophy I hope that one day hidizs will develop nobly like hiby and surfans and fiio I wish great success to hidizs and I will certainly be the next one to them Support bravo hidizs
I love this little DAP. Sounds great and has great functionality plus it fits in my pocket. Highly recommend this.
IEM product is comfortable. Functions great. Interaction with staff over email has been professional and timely.
The products are well explained on the website. International shipping is fast. The sound of both the SD2 hifi dongle DAC & MP 145 Planar are very good, and the many possibilities to modulate the sound with the given accessories of the MP145 are really nice. I was spectical about the holding in the ears of the MP145; but it is better than I thought and its OK. I give 4 stars because the packaging of the MP is nice to see but is really not at all convenient when you want to take the earbuds; I was even afraid to damage them when taking them outside the paperboard cavity where they are stored ! Best regards.
Great customer service brilliant products
I ordered the AP80 Pro-X and Galaxy M1 bundle. Firstly Hidizs' customer service was fantastic. They alerted me by email fairly quickly after my order that the ‘blue’ colour AP 80 Pro-X was out of stock and gave me options. My preferred was waiting a week or so until new stock of ‘blue’ had arrived. It arrived earlier than a week which Hidizs also alerted me to by email. The AP 80 / IEP bundle arrived earlier than the initial date (to Australia), the sound is great, the ease of use is very good, the instruction manual is clear, the screen is clear and the touch screen works very well.
The quality and reliability of the items, the followups from the seller, and the competitive prices. I bought the MS1+SD2 bundle on the 15th-Apr-2024, shipped with tracking and received on 21st in UAE. After hearing the SD2 and MS1 with multiple configurations (LD MK3 rolled tubes, Bravo Audio V2 rolled tubes, Willsenton R8 rolled tubes, Fiio M11 Pro, Sony Discman, OnePlus11, S8F etc etc), i became curious with what the company has to offer. So i bought another bundle on 21s (since i need another SD2 for my office), this time around the SD2 and MP145, as I am loving my planar cans (includes HE400xx, LCD-2C, Sash Tres). Well I had a delay of 1 day from shipping and marked as non-delivered. The company contacting me through emails, and whatsapps to make sure I received the shipment which is very good. MP145? Phenomenal. And that is before the full break in of 100hrs+. I would buy more from the company. Reliability score is a full 5. Products price vs quality a full 5. Do not think twice.
The iem was good and I think it's good and value for money. The downside was I accepted the extra cable offer and was sent the wrong size. As a newbie, I had wrongly indicated the jack size. I would have appreciated a customer service query to reconfirm the order, highlighting that the spare cable will not be the same as my ordered iem. Further, the company did not have a cirewctive adaptor to resolve my issue. So that wasn't pleasant as I now have a cable that I had to get 3rd party adaptor to use it. My honest review.
Super qualiy. Arrived in time
I've come back to hidizs a few times now because of their quality products. My SD2 usb-c to 3.5mm dongle has brought new life to my old gear. Haven't heard this quality in my audio ever since I mostly listened via BT
Very fast response on my mail and great support from Hidizis team !!
HIDIZS S9 PRO+ MARTHA Review (reviewed by Noah Cowin) Design & Build For as little as the Martha weighs, it is quite well built (made from aluminum and glass). The only real concern I have with the unit is the glass becoming scratched, but I would probably use a sheet of "cut to fit" screen protector (for a phone) to apply to the surfaces. I really like the volume buttons - they do not have any wobble and have a nice tactile feel to them. There is a type-C USB connection port and 3.5 single ended and 4.4 balanced audio jacks. I must say that the 4.4 balanced is a welcome addition (as opposed to a 2.5). Specs & Features The unit has the following features: - ESS Sabre ES9038Q2M chipset The ES9038Q2M chipset (same as used in the S9 Pro) has the following characteristics: -PCM support up to 32bit/768kHz -Native DSD support (64-512) - Filters The unit has the following available filters (can be changed when the music is paused by pressing both buttons): -Fast roll-off -Linear-phase fast roll-off -Minimum phase fast roll-off -Slow roll-off -Linear-phase slow roll-off -Hybrid fast roll-off The RGB lighting illuminates to display the current filter. To be honest, I could not really tell the difference between the different filters when I changed them. - 3.5 Unbalanced and 4.4 Balanced outputs It is nice to see newer dongles coming out with the 4.4 balanced connector (as opposed to the 2.5). Considering the unit is on the smaller size it is good that they were able to accommodate the larger size. The connections on both ports were stable and tight - no wiggling or looseness. It seemed as though there was a bit more power coming from the unbalanced port….but I could be wrong. -Physical Volume Buttons I like being able to control the volume of the source from the DAC. A lot of times my phone is in my pocket or sitting somewhere else (if I am using a longer USB cable) so being able to change volume is very handy. I wish that the volume buttons could be set to be independent of the phone as I must be aware when changing DACs/headphones as to not rupture my eardrums. Sound I used my phone as the input source (using Tidal, Spotify) with no EQ or colorization. I would best describe the sound as neutral with a bit of warmth. Lows: I found the bass response to be tight, punchy, and precise. Mids: The midranges could be best described as neutral, transparent, with just a slight amount of warmth. Highs: The treble could be described as well-refined and lively. The soundstage on the unit is decent (not huge, but it does the job just fine). The imaging is quite good - I was able to distinguish the different instruments on the tracks I tested (with both of my test headsets). The headphones and IEMs that I used were easy to drive so I didn't notice the Martha having any struggles (no distortion, etc. at higher volumes). I did not notice any background noise or hissing when using my test IEMs but cannot comment on if that would be the same result for especially sensitive IEMs. Nitpicks There are a couple things I would like to mention that I didn't care for or thought could have been included. These are by no means dealbreakers though... -no app -filters did not sound all that different to one another (at least to my ears) -no option to adjust gain -no option to adjust volume independently from source -no option (button or configuration) to pause/previous track/next track Final Thoughts To conclude I can fully recommend this DAC - it is a simple, yet solid DAC that can appeal to many people across the broad spectrum of audio enthusiasts (casual to more advanced listener). There are quite a few DACs in this price range (too many to begin to list) so a lot of times it comes down to what the individual user likes/prefers. As I mentioned before, I like the fact that it is very easy to use without confusing piles of configurations to go through (can be a good or bad thing??)...that being said, you will either like or dislike how this DAC sounds and works. I rather liked it and plan on using it regularly. I would say that the Martha is a good upgrade to the S9. The revamped construction and features are welcome updates to an already solid DAC. I have noticed that it goes on sale quite often (even though the current price is already attractive) so it becomes an even more viable option.
So far, I've tried the Hidizs MP145, and I got chance to try the DH80S yesterday. Both offer acceptable value for the IEM and DAC categories in their respective price ranges, if not the greatest. Hidizs is one of the brands that does an excellent job for tuning their products. Hidizs MP145 has a warm sound and for the planar class it's pretty okay, can be said one that must be tried, has a pretty good resolution just like planar should be, even though it still has a bit of a planar timbre but still mor neutral than any planar IEM that i've tried, the DH80S has a neutral character with a little emphasize on the low part that keeps him fun but clean, the most thing I like besides its sound is a magnetic feature that's quite helpful for stacking Then, I think Hidizs can expand even further and become more competitive, particularly in the midst of the low-end market pricing war. Keep up the wonderful work.
