Great company
Great company. I was following prices and as I was about to place my order the price went up. They were very kind to explain the fluctuations of their supply system and told me to keep checking. Well today the price went down to within $11 of what it had been. A+ Thank you.

Good prices, good service
Ordered because prices were better than competitors. One item was missing from my order, and contacting hinterland was easy. A representative answered the phone and my issue was promptly resolved. The missing item was shipped next day and hinterland paid the shipping. I will use this business again.
Reliable service for years
I have ordered from Hinterland in the past. They have often had items that others were out-of-stock, and always a smooth transaction and a fair price. Will come back!
