I had an issue with my host email and just couldn't figure it out. This was affecting email from my website. I got hold of Lucas at customer service and he literally sorted it within a minute of checking to see what the problem was. Fantastic service and superb knowledge. Cant recommend these guys enough!
Been in the SW business since "Christ was a babe in diapers." The Hostpapa support team is among the best there is - Right attitude, helpful, thorough (always follow up when needed. Generally resolve the problem on the first contact, but don't leave you hanging if the issue requires escalation. If only CS in other organizations were a competent as they are - world would be a happier place.
