John was outstanding!! We recently lost our label supplier and we have a unique need for labels that will stretch with our fabric. John listened to my needs and sent several samples. He was the key to finding the perfect label for us.
Thank you for your kind words, Cindy! We're thrilled John could help you find the perfect option for your labels. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you again!
After being disappointed with another DTF printer's quality, we were recommended Howard Custom Transfers and we're never turning back! The quality of the transfers are so much better than what we were used to. Our apparel has such a better look and feel and I can't thank this company enough! I will recommend to everyone and every shop I know
Thank you so much for your kind words! Your recommendation means a lot, and we're excited to work with you again soon!
I am extremely satisfied with the transfers i chose to brand my t-shirts with. From the beginning when asking for a quote and advice; the team there immediately answered and gave great advice. I then got the free sample pack which i was able test out the transfers I had an interest in using from their inventory. Once i tested them, I gave them my order which was fulfilled within 2 days and I received them in 4 days!! I am extremely happy with their service. I will be definitely going back to do more work with them for more custom transfers i need help printing! Thank you so much!

Exceptional customer service from John and Maria, they helped with pricing and ordering the correct Howard product for the designs. I would use cold peel for colorvibe dtf. It says hot peel for cotton or cotton/poly blends, but with 2 samples the application sheet pulled letters causing them to stretch.
Thanks for the review and feedback! I'll be sure to pass this along to John and Maria😊
Thanks for the review, Cami😊
HCT was very responsive and helpful in ensuring I got the product I wanted. I had not ordered transfers before and they made recommendations that aligned better with what I wanted than what I had originally selected. It also turned out to be cheaper. I will go back to them in the future.

Great customer service. Ryan Love spotted something in our design that was questionable and quickly let me know. Turns out everything was ok but I appreciated the attention to detail.
