What reviewers say

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional product quality and overall performance, noting that the carbon frames and wheelsets are remarkably lightweight, beautiful, and durable. Consumers also deeply appreciate the exceptionally helpful staff and responsive customer service team, who guide buyers smoothly through every single step of the purchase process.
However, some reviewers were not happy with delivery delays, mentioning that shipping times occasionally took much longer than initially promised by the carrier. A few other people also felt that certain minor details like the included rim tape or freehub friction could use some quality improvements.

Looking into the youtube reviews of the wheelset, the other customers got t-shirt and QC sheet with information about spoke tension and trueness of wheels. I didn’t receive such so I’m not aware with the actual readings of the build quality. However riding the rims about 500k they looks fine and hustle free.
Great customer service with only minor translation issues. They produce nice quality bang for the buck products for fair price. Just a little more attention to detail would be perfect. Frames could use facing of BB and disc mounts from a bit of paint overspray.
The GRARO Gravel carbon frame has proven to be a good product so far, lightweight, and handles well. Perhaps this product could be supplemented with the option of choosing a seatpost with a larger offset - 20 or 25 mm and the option to purchase a chain guide.
Items receiver were pretty much ok, small imperfections in paint etc but nothing serious. Communication could be improved as i felt i did not get proper order verification from the frame, only some sketchy email discussions. Warranty card delivered with frame had wrong purchase time, they had marked day as month and vice-versa so it now seems that warranty is much shorter than in reality.
Shameful company which does not honour the warranty
Short version: Stay off this company, which does not honour their stated warranty.
Long version:
The good: The frame appears to have good quality. It's not as refined as western brands, but at a third of the price, it is absolutely fine.
The bad: The seatpost did not fit snugly into the frame. While mounting it on the frame with a torque wrench set to 4Nm instead of 5Nm, I heard a quiet cracking sound before reaching the specified torque. A small crack had popped up in the frame. The culprit was the diameter of the seatpost, which was not 27.2mm, but 27.0mm, which overstressed the frame.
The worse: I have contacted ICAN twice with my warranty claim, including the photos posted here, and they have not answered, totally ghosting me. During the sales process, I would get a reply within a day at the most. I must then assume, it is a company strategy.
Summing up: Because of this shameful company, I am now stuck with nearly €1500 in parts mounted to a frame that is potentially dangerous to ride.
ICAN A9 - It shipped quickly, was well packaged and arrived safe & sound. ICAN rep "Perry" was very helpfull and kept me informed of progress.
Transferred the 105 Di2 groupset of my old bike no problem. The mechanic said it was an easy swap and setup with no issues.
I love the semi-custom paint job on it. It looks real smart.
Only slight -ve is perhaps provide a computer mount bracket for the aero handlebars. Easy to pick one up but would have been nice if it was included, pritty minimal cost IMHO.
Ican doesn’t honor warranty and frames are poorly made
Bought the Ican SN01 carbon frame from my local bike shop. It cracked (bottom tube 3” split up the middle) after 1 year use. Ican said they won’t honor the warranty even though it was ridden for less than 2 years (and clearly a defect) because the shop had it on the shelf for a year before I bought it. Bottom line buyer beware they will snake out of any warranty claim and the frames are thin and poorly made Chinese crap. There are plenty of better options from reputable manufacturers that stand behind their own product.
Delivery time acceptable.
These wheels are a little big heavier than expected (1460 gr intsead of 1380 gr announced) .
Nevertheless they are very reactive and comfortable.
I got some problems to set up my SchwableG one RS 35 mm correctly and avoid any leaks but finally it worrked.
I ordered the frame and wheel combo I was nervous at first but I saw some good comments about them and decided to give it a shot. When I received the package I excitedly opened the box and was let down because I got the wheels but the frame was missing. I messaged them and they sent me the frame. To my relief, it arrived. Meanwhile, I was ordering parts based on the specs from their website. And for a while it worked but the rear shock didn’t fit properly. They specifically said that the fox float factory dps 200x51 would fit yet when installed it, it would touch the frame when fully extended. When I went back to them for support basically they said to use a different shock. In the end, I wish I just bought a brand name bike with support.
The wheels i ordered and customer service experience from ICAN was excellent. Having to use UPS as the shipping company is not ideal. They are not flexible and are always difficult to work with. If I could choose any other shipping company at checkout I would have.
Misleading information (or lack of it). I bought a Graro frame. Took over 4 weeks to arrive, but it finally got here. The paint was great and the frame seems well made. The kit came with headset bearings, but when I tried to put the bike together there were two important pieces missing: the top cap and a pressure ring for the headset. You cannot build a bike without those. I contacted Ican and they said that since I didn’t buy the handlebar from them the part was not included and that I should contact my handlebar manufacturer. Took the frame to two different shops and they said the part is proprietary and cannot be purchased elsewhere. We are taking about two pieces that cost less than $5. I contacted Ican again to ask them to seel the parts to me and they refused. The only way I could get the parts is if I bought the handlebar from them. So, I had to pay $179 more for a stem and handlebar just so I could get the $5 pieces.
They should plainly say that the part does not come with it. Or, better yet, SELL THE PART!
Also, the info on the website says this frame takes a T47 Bottom bracket, but it does not specify which one.
I would not do business with them again.
I experienced an issue with a new set of wheels I purchased and received zero help from ICAN to help resolve the problem. I provided documentation and a bike mechanic evaluation with an effective resolution only to be refused by the representative. The wheels are under warranty and ICAN should have stepped in and fixed the issue free of charge. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service.
Great communication about the delivery.
The delivery to EU warehouse had a delay, but I was contacted via email and was offered delivery straight from china without any additional cost. The package came in about 10 days, perfect packaging and great condition of the wheels. Good experience
Wheel cracked on like the 4th or 5 th use I brought it up to them and they said it was not covered under warranty. I had to pay for a new one which they took a month to get me the new tire after it was ordered.
