Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional product quality and overall performance, noting that the carbon frames and wheelsets are remarkably lightweight, beautiful, and durable. Consumers also deeply appreciate the exceptionally helpful staff and responsive customer service team, who guide buyers smoothly through every single step of the purchase process. However, some reviewers were not happy with delivery delays, mentioning that shipping times occasionally took much longer than initially promised by the carrier. A few other people also felt that certain minor details like the included rim tape or freehub friction could use some quality improvements.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Bought several wheelsets at Ican cycling. I always got information I needed, advertised data about products is spot on and shipping was reliable. Their pricing is competitive but at the end it's quality that counts. All wheelsets are reliable and the build quality is excellent.
Great wheels! They were delivered within 2 weeks and the packaging was good. These wheels are fast and light. I could notice the difference from the first ride. Very pleased with my purchase of the Aero 50 II wheels from Ican.
Perfect service, shipping and the parts in good condition.
Perry was excellent to work with on the purchase of my Aeris 40 wheelset. He was extremely responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend ICAN! The wheels are light, responsive and agile. Perfect for climbing in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC. I'll post a picture in a subsequent review.
The delivery was Perfect, the product, wheels Aero 40II are top and fullfills all my expectations. I am very content with everything
I ordered a custom-painted ICAN Flyee frame together with a Blade‑G handlebar, and the whole experience was exceptional. The ICAN support team — especially the representative who helped me throughout the process — was incredibly patient and helpful. They assisted me with choosing the right colors, explained every detail clearly, and never rushed me, even when I had many questions and specific requests. Today the frame arrived, and it is absolutely stunning — even more beautiful than I expected. The paintwork, the finish, and the overall quality are outstanding. The custom color combination turned out perfect. I can only recommend ICAN. Excellent communication, great support, and a truly beautiful product. Thanks Perry.
Best customer service I’ve experience from a cycling brand. And the g27 wheels are the best spec-to-price deal I’ve seen on the market. Huge props.
Really good value for money wheelset! Really light and still pretty aero :). Take into account that delivery takes a while (~2 weeks) if you but from China warehouse and ship to Europe, which is also stated on the site.
Great wheels at a reasonable price. Good communication and fast delivery. Included valves and an entire roll of correctly sized tubeless tape (enough for 6 total wheels).
The shipment arrived on time actually faster then I expected. Also communication was very prompt and efficient. And the quality of the tire is excellent.
I am very satisfied with their services; I received the set of wheels in 12 days, delivered to my door, from usa to Poland.
Few words to summarise my experience with Ican: 1) Fantastic customer service 2) Great Products Ican Customer Service has guided me in the purchasing, I received the product in a proper packaging within few days, installed the wheels on the bike and tested them the follwing day. I'm sure it is one of the best purchase I've made! Thanks Ican and Thanks Peggy!
Never received the product. They told me the delivering process is 20-25 days. I am waiting now for 38 days and nothing is moving, especially not my bike.
The wheelset arrived in a timely manner well packed and when I had a question I got a fast response and I would say it's been a great experience for sure. The wheels are super lite and fast love them I would recommend them to anyone I will be purchasing another pair soon great price for the caliber of the wheels.
Fast shipping, great communication. Fantastic wheelset. Incredible value.
Very responsive with questions I had before my purchase. The Aeris 40 wheelset is everything I expected. Very light and responsive when climbing!
I love how they reach out to you to make sure you’re the correct product so you don’t delay the process and I value that a lot
