Exceptional quality
Exceptional quality! I've tested them for 2,000 km on different kinds of surfaces without any issues. Since making my purchase, I've received excellent order follow-up from Perry in the purchasing department. Highly recommend

Consumers also deeply appreciate the exceptionally helpful staff and responsive customer service team, who guide buyers smoothly through every single step of the purchase process. ICAN Aero 50II
Bought the ICAN Aero 50II in the 22nd of May and they arrived 2.5 weeks after. Considering they had to be made and sent to the UK I was pretty impressed with how fast it was. Package was intact and wheels very well wrapped. I was starlight away impressed with the build quality and how lightweight the wheelset is. Rode already almost 500km with them and have nothing but good things to say about them, very responsive and stiff. Best upgrade I have made on my bike coming from an aluminium pair of wheels. Perry was always always available and helpful making all the process to acquire the wheels easier.

Customer service is a disaster
The frame is fine, but the shipping time (it took a month from Germany to Poland!) and customer service are embarrassingly poor. No solution or compensation was offered. You definitely need to work on this.
Great wheels
Great wheels, good value, quick fulfillment… no issues so I can’t speak about their customer service.

Amazingly easy and a joy to deal with!! Products are perfect!!
I had a fantastic experience ordering my bike frame and wheelset from ICAN. From the initial questions I had about the frame and wheels to customization, shipping, import taxes and after care. The help I got through the whole process from Peggy in their office was amazing and second to none. The products themselves are flawless. I would highly recommend!!
Great customer service.

I haven’t had a chance to use the wheels. My problem was when it was time to ship the wheels was that I was told I would need to choose one matte and one gloss. When I said no they said I could get a matching set with no icons on them. Not a big deal but rather depressing
