Received a defective new printer

In reviewing your account, you ordered a Fargo DTC1500XE card printer on Thursday, October 24th. After using the new printer, you reported seeing black smudges on the cards that were printed. On Thursday, November 14th, you brought your ID printer into our Miami location to troubleshoot the problem. Because our Technical Support team was unable to replicate the issue, we would like to send you a loaner card printer while we continue to troubleshoot. This will ensure your ID card issuance program continues without interruption. Your frustration is understandable, and we regret that you encountered a problem with your new printer, Raul.
