Great value from original brand - I got two bottles of foundation, cheaper including postage than sellers selling one bottle on Amazon!

Customer services is non existent
I have been chasing this company for over a week take ur money but don’t send the product
I have now contact my bank to reclaim my money
More stress and inconvenience
It’s been over a week and nobody has looked at my Facebook message when that’s a method u use for customer to get in touch

I started using Illamasqua years ago , love the quality but unfortunately it seems like they have stopped producing loads of their products.not many options on their website and cannot purchase in stores either which is a shame.

All your cosmetics are wonderful, The standout excellence of Illamasqua is its cruelty free. The one downside is you have discontinued your skin base foundation that we older ladies have relied on for years. Their is nothing out there to touch this product, and as far as i am aware you have not offered an alternative which is very sad. Hopefully you may reconsider? In the meantime i am forced to shop elsewhere for cosmetics. Love Illamasqua products. {I am using my husbands account he doesn't use my products "as far as i know "} :]
