Here I am waiting for my business card to come from image magic. As soon as i received it then I checked that my b card design was wrong. I purchased for 4 side corner but i just got the normal one. I thought they were trying to cheat me. But the way they repent their mistake, from taking back the b .card to send back the new one, is truly remarkable. You wont get the same service from other design company. Truly remarkable.

I received my print today. It was a 48" x 48" abstract print and I love it! From ordering to confirmation to payment was excellent, fantastic company. However the delivery company (airpack) worker was horrendous and rude. Not only he delivered my package to the wrong house number and insisted he did not read the address wrong (he did by the way), his rude manner got my nerves and I had to meet him outside to self collect in the end. I read online and that particular delivery company is famous for ill manner workers. Its a shame otherwise everything excellent.

Very good product Magic print, but when i take home the app to my Iphone it´s function very good, but i only got white papers. It seemed that it only working with colour that mix a black printing, but i only got blacl ink in my printers. I would like to change the app that it could printing only with black ink. I feel I should bring up one incident with your customer service: I sent in 2 separate designs for printing a few days apart from each other. The first design was paid by online bank transfer and the second by credit card. As I failed to email the receipt of the bank transaction, the first order sat in "pending" status for some time. When I emailed to enquire about it I found the experience very frustrating, as the person kept referring to the 2nd order saying it has been sent with no mention of the order in question, despite me stating very clearly, bolded and highlighted, that I was asking about order #1. After about the 5th email I got tired and rang, then things were settled. She could have mentioned from the start of my enquiry that the order couldn't proceed without proof of payment, rather than completely ignoring my question. I understand it was my mistake, but I felt that customer service could've handled a small matter like this more efficiently. Overall though, I am pleased with your service and would come back for future reprinting.
